Review 1：Minimal everything one coffee in room coffee not always full in lobby horrible egg thing at breakfast no microwave or fridge suppose to be mountain view what mountains?

Review 3：No one came to our room to make the beds or clean or empty trash! EVER. Even when we were gone all day long.

Review 4：Front desk was very accomodating when we wanted to extend for another night even though it was Welcome weekend at CSU. HOWEVER, it cost us a good $70 more than our first night for the SAME room!

Review 5：Cleaning staff forgot to put sheets back on 2nd bed one day. It's dangerous to get out and in of this corner of town, traffic is tricky.

Review 10：Kyle helped us check in, and also took our call when we were runninglate. He was super duper helpful and so nice! The hotel and room-including pool and spa area, and weight room was very clean. And our bedwas so comfortable! They have the pillows set up so you know which arefirm and which are soft, and that's pretty fantastic. Discovered Ilike firm pillows. Had to go buy some. Right away. Breakfast was good,and there was plenty of it.

Review 11：The people or person above us walked back and forth constantly, so loud. The hot tub was broken and so was the majority of the "workout equipment".

Review 12：We had a king suite and it was very comfortable with plenty of room for our weeks stay. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and so was the front desk staff. They also checked us in three hours earlier than regulation which was wonderful after a twelve hour drive.

Review 13：We were given a room near the noisy pool and lobby with a handicap-friendly shower. I'm 5'3" and could see over the shower curtain. My husband had to stoop to get under the trickle of water. We were told that because we booked using Booking.com that we couldn't be moved to a better room. Too expensive for the bad experience. Will never stay here again.

Review 14：It took quite a while to check in despite that we had the online reservation because there was only one person at work at the counter. They only had diet yogurt. Breakfast could be better at the price of the stay.

Review 57：Very poor fitness facilities. No treadmill! The stair stepper was very poor quality and needed to be replaced. The guests in the floor above me sounded like a herd of elephants, so my sleep was disturbed.

Review 59：I didn't like the fact that we had a king bed and were given a queen sheet and comforter. I'm sure if we had complained they would have fixed it right away, but we just made it work. The sheet had a Q in each corner, so it's kind of silly it happened to begin with.

Review 60：We had a small refrigerator with a counter over it and a shelf with a microwave above that. That was awesome because we were able to bring our own food and store it and heat it. We also had a two person table and sitting area with a couch and coffee table. It was nice to have so much room to spread out.

Review 61：no blanket for the 3rd person sofa bed had to give our son the blanket of our bed. our keys were deactivated when we came back from breakfast at 8:50AM had to get a maid to let us in our room. A maid knocked on door, waited 5 seconds then attempted to walk in at 10AM, I had to meet her at the door and ask her to wait until check out at 11am

Review 63：Staff arguing in the breakfast area about hours and overtime. Pretty unprofessional. It appeared the "housekeeping manager" was telling one of her housekeepers that she had 80-85 hours and that was too much. But she was spanish speaking and she was sort of yelling in Spanglish. Even though the breakfast area door was closed I heard them while I was gerting my coffee.

Review 64：Staff was nice accomadated us with early check-in, decently clean rooms, breakfast was good, waffles, oatmeal, pasteries eggs and sausage. Pool looked nice.

Review 65：Something had spilled in the elevator previously & the floor was very sticky when we arrived. It was the same when we left the next morning. Some disappointment in the "deluxe" breakfast. We expected better.

Review 68：there was a volleyball group staying at the same time with a bunch of really rude teenagers :( My daughter is 6 and the older kids were running and roughhousing in the pool and up and down the halls when we were trying to relax. Eventually they quieted down, and we were able to relax. Maybe just more enforcement of pool rules would be cool- to allow everyone to enjoy it!

Review 70：As mentioned, an effort has been made to update the rooms, but "lipstick on a pig" applies here. Fine marble counter tops with substandard faucets and plumbing (very noisy). The shower/tub was new, but the wallpaper was already pulling away from the walls.

Review 71：The best thing about this spot was the staff. The facilities were starting to get a bit dated, with peeling wallpaper, but you could tell an effort was made to update the rooms recently. Back to the staff, the were very helpful, bringing up a crib in a timely and friendly manner and making terrific recommendations for delivered food (not just pizza and chinese).
