Review 1：I had a room on the 5th floor facing the park and was woken up around 6AM with loud booming music. There is morning exercising in the park every day except Sunday. They have huge speakers that rumbled the room.

Review 2：The staff were very accommodating when I asked about the morning music they quickly asked if I would like to change my room to the back side of the hotel. They are very aware of the issue.

Review 4：If you like to party go to this place. Surrounded by busy streets and music clubs. Pool Club is nice. Location very good. If you want to sleep use earplugs - even on the higher floors. Somehow outdated rooms, windows, bathroom,... Amazing breakfast. Recommended book executive floor or upgrade in the hotel.

The hotel was perfect, but I have to emphasis that the staff at the hotel were a pure pleasure. As a solo traveller who was also celebrating her birthday - they surprised me with a cake & card. Honestly. It was heart warming. Those little touches make you feel special. Thank you.

Review 34：Small coackroach on the wall of my friend's room, as well as a big dead one in the pool area. This is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The pool area cleaning should be done earlier, when the guests are not enjoying the facilities: my friend has fallen on the slippery stairs because of the water used for the cleaning. The hotel is aging and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are not very modern. I enjoyed the stay but I personally think that the hotel is overrated.

Review 41：Pool party by a well known US beer brand meant the pool was virtually unusable and music was very loud even in our room. Decor was very bland. Personally, I hate pillow tops on my bed and therefore had to re-make it.

Checked out at 4pm and entered the lounge waiting for the pick up at 6pm.When we had paid the bill, we observed that they had forgotten to charge us for 2 bottles of wine and one tonic water. Made them aware of this and paid them. We do not think it was necessary to make us aware of that we were not allowed to use benefits of the lounge from 0530 until 0600 because we already checked out!!!!

Nice staff,solved problems with air con quickly, leaking toilet - small problems- but they showed up. Well organized:-)Late check out, offering car free of charge to the airport

Room is always cleaned and prepared fresh each day.

Review 58：not much information on the local area and things to do was provided at check in or throughout our stay. Also a $500 AUD depsit was charged to my credit card as an extra for any damages or mini bar, 4 days later I am still waiting to see the money to be refunded to my credit card.
