Review 1：Just a few details: Shower was turned on some massage module, which was difficult to turn off because of calcified showerhead; too small TV monitor

Review 2：Great breakfast, big room, comfortable double bed (not joined two of single ones); some little thing surprised like small kettle with tea and coffee bags (this was exciting to find after returning from outside with -17 degrees)

Review 8：The hotel is clean and nice, with a good isolation. The bed was confortable, and even if the room as a bit dark, we did appreciate the bathroom with a real bathtub. You can walk within 5 minutes to Laisves Alea

Review 24：Sauna, Turkish bath and spa facility was very good. It was very private experience. We are from Australia and normally those things are included in to the price. Now we understand why we had to pay separate. Hotel staff made it personal just for us. If you are in Kaunas this hotel is a very good value.

Review 25：The water in the toilet was running all the time. Had to ask staff to fix it, then found out that the bath tub was missing with the thing to stop water from running out. I believe this was done on purpose so customers wouldn't use a lot of water. As well in the morning the breakfast area was not comfortable because of the party that was held a night before - all the tables were put together and it was not cozy at all.

Review 26：Staff was friendly. Room was clean itself and spacious, comfortable bed, was some tea and coffee inside of the room. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to shopping center as well city center.

Review 27：During the check –in I was asked to pay in advance the bill for the stay (?) I was also asked once again to fill in registration form – although I was staying here already 4 times. Invitation for a free drink, or room up rage would be welcome, but not to pay in advance…

Review 40：The hotel manager was on top of everything. She (Neringa) helped us geta rental car, book a good table, recommend local dishes, and treated uslike good friends - not just as hotel guests. The room was quiet, plush,and had a super comfortable mattress. Nice to have a/c during a heatwave, too! Good breakfast buffet.

Review 43：the only thing that can be an issue for some people is that your windows look into other people's windows, so that they can see you (and you can watch them) if you do not draw the curtains. But the curtains are there, so no problem :)

Review 47：1) I had booked the room with one bed and additional bed for 4-years child. When I arrived to the hotel nobody comments anything and give the key. The room situated at the very end of the corridor on th 2 floor with the window faced to inside territory of the hotel. BUT there were 3 separate standart beds. I asked the reception personal to change the room according to my booking, they answered that hotel fully booked and they can't propose me any changes except to help me with beds moving?!!! And a cup of coffee for inconvinience!!! After this we had realised that the conditioner was not worked. It was the most terrible night in a hotel. It was so hot that my child didn't sleep and me and my wife also. in the morning the girl at the receprion just tell me "Sorry" and that all(( 2) The breakfast was terrible - it was few fruits, coffe from termo.
