Review 1：-you have to use the restaurant since it's the only one in the area but this means you have to cope with the incredibly rude waiters and waiting for your order for 60-75 mins...moreover , when order finally comes you'll find out that the meat is not cooked or potatoes are hard ...horrible , it completeley wasted our holiday spirit - the pools which are dirty with occasional floating mucus

Review 3：Very bad food in the restaurant and unfriendly staff. On breakfast time when everyone goes for breakfast a long queue happens for the buffet and you can wait 5-10 minutes just to take some food. The room is not clean enough, neither the balcony. We were in a room at the first floor which is right in front of the parking and you hear the cars all day long. It was also near the lobby bar and lot's of noise comes from there in the evening until about 12:00-1:00 AM.

Review 4：The pool was clean and in the area for the children the water was warm.

Review 5：The apartment and the halls weren't cosy. There were stains on the sofa and very visible damages on the dining table and the floor. There were toothpaste splatters on the walls of the bathroom left from previous occupants. The walls need some fresh paint. The lighting of the flat was poor. There was nothing in the mini-bar. The rooms are locked by very heavy and noisy keys. More appropriate option would be the key-card. Some carpeting and nice drapes would make the place much cosier. Some of the breakfast selections can be of higher quality (example: the honey wasn't honey at all, the ingredients on the packaging indicated corn starch and artificial honey flavouring, same goes for the strawberry jams) Coffee and juice may be of better quality too.

Review 6：We stayed one night during a Bulgarian holiday and a long weekend.Despite the peak of tourist, the price of our one bedroom apartment was great. Just as the description of the flat said, we had the pool and the mountain view - which were amazing, even though the outdoor pool was empty (late September). The stuff were friendly and welcoming. Very good parking location. There were TVs both in living room and bedroom area. There was free wi-fi all around the complex - great for using devices around the pool or during breakfast and dinner time. The breakfast buffet had good variety of options. Close proximity to the mountains, hiking trails, Razlog and Bansko.

Review 7：I was in Redenka in 2012 and every thing was far cleaner. Inside Redenka Palace hotel thing are starting to get ugly, it's not clean as it use to be and rooms have same broken things.

Review 8：It's a nice complex, great pools outdoor and inside, big parking space and free wi-fi. Location is exelent, not in Bansko but 8km before, but ideal for vecation.

Review 17：During our last stay in May the heating in the room wasn't running all the time and during early evening hours the temperature in the room wasn't quite comfortable.

Review 18：We've been quite many times in this hotel. The view is very nice. There are indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and steam bath. The restaurant is also good, offering nice meals.

Review 27：Restaurant advertised is closed. Only barbeque place open. Swimming poolwas closed for 2 days to change water. Kitchen card is 5 leva/day,not 15 Euro/stay as advertise. Rooms are very small. Sofa bed inliving is impossible to sleep, is too used and your back will suffer.

Review 36：This year the hotel is introducind a new taxes:1. 5 Leva/day for using the plate and the oven for cooking 2. 2 Leva for a bath-robe In the night the stove-warm was closed for 4-5 hour, but the warm is keep in rooms. The restaurant staff don't speak english, is very hard to comunicate with them.

Arrive 12:00 at night and the reception was closed (even thought we had a reservation from booking for that day) !!! and we had to stay to another hotel...(at least they did not charged us for that night)

Smoking wasallowed in the lobby, thus smoke was everywhere - lobby, corridors,elevators, etc The extra bed offered for kids was an extendable one,rather disconforatable for sleeping. With this bad extended, theapartment had practically no "living room" space.
