Review 1：The walls were thin with little sound proofing. Cold shower and the morning which would be okay in the hot season.
Review 2：Easy to find once you are on Charoenrat Road. Beautifully clean and helpful staff. Manager/owner spoke English and offered to drive one of us to the hospital.Good value.
Review 3：There was no personnel to tend the parking space so the space was really a mess. The cars were just exceeded the parking spaces. The hotel charged me 1-month prior in full even though it was stated in Booking.com that I could pay later. The room was relatively new but there was nothing in the room. So few with such very high price. You will not go anywhere, if you are staying here without your own transportation. It is far from city centre, far from the closest 7-eleven, and really far from everything. The entrance was dark and desolated. The hotel is practically a dormitory mixed with rooms for rent so you would not get parking spaces so easily. Air-con was not working well.

Review 5：The staff stuffed up our booking for a twin. We got a double and no one was interested in helping because no one spoke english... i ended sleeping on the floor becuase we have a very active 13 month old. Then someone decided around 11.30 to enter the room and throw a pillow and duvee on the floor! But heres the worst part... when leaving in the morning i handed in the bag with key and remotes to get my deposit back. They asked us to wait... we assumed an apology...wrong the cleaner csme down and told receptionist everything good! What Im a towel thief!... theres no mini bar... yeah well done. Dont bothervoming here if your farang or have kids. Worst part this is a hotel chain... get some english training.

Review 7：Not sure whether it was hotel or online booking's fault but we believed from the online booking process that we had booked two double rooms with an extra on the floor bed for our youngest child. When we arrived we found it was like we had booked for 4 - The staff did a lot of classic Thai smiling but could not produce an extra bed of any kind! It was also as though they didn't feel any remorse and just smiled at our rather confused situation. Really disappointing as we had decided to go for one of the towns more expensive hotels for a comfortable night after a long journey. Again maybe the online booking system but we thought we had booked and paid for a stay with our family of 5. We had a breakfast order for 4 and had to pay extra for the fifth. Also found ourselves locked in the hotel and out of the lobby until after 7am with jet lagged kids who were active from 5am -? Not to mention the choas of our breakfast order and service.
