Review 2：The view of the sun set from the balcony, as well as the beach, was scenic and lovely. The apartment had a homely ambience and provided an experience of much comfort.

Review 6：The room was absolutely amazing. The view was amazing from our balcony. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Staff were very kind and cant wait to rebook again
Review 7：Renee was great but the rest of the staff we met weren't quite as customer focused. The property photos are a little bit misleading and there was a run down building between us and the lake which obstructed views a little. Some aspects of the room require maintenance.

Review 19：Our bed was made and fresh towels provided daily. The pantry was always kept stocked of tea and coffee and they even unloaded our dishwasher. The balcony spa was amazing.
Review 20：We got upgraded to the penthouse on the 4th floor and the views across Lake Taupo was stunning. The apartment was very spacious, warm and bright. Kitchen well equipped. the 2 ensuite bathrooms were great for our family of 4. Loved the place, definitely be back again. Kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool.
Review 21：I am afraid that I cannot get past the dreadful car parking space, very difficult to park a Toyota Camry. We were in unit 16 which was the worst car park. No street parking nearby. For what we paid I expected better. Gym was pretty basic

Review 24：From checkin to checkout the staff went above and beyond to pamper to your every needs. The breakfast choices were so vast in our 3 days there we still never managed to sample everything. We choose the premier suite which came we access to the business unit. I would highly recommend choosing this option expecially if like us you prefer a child free area
Review 25：The placement of the power points for the kettle seemed a bit odd especially if you were to cook at the same time. Gym facilities needs a few more pieces of equipment.
Review 26：We were greeted with a friendly smile after a long drive from Auckland Airport. It was nice to arrive to a spacious apartment for a family of 5. With an upgrade to the second floor we were able to view the heated pool and the lake from the balcony. Kids enjoyed the private hot tub on the balcony too!
Review 27：Cream carpet in the dinning area was marked which was a bit off putting, when I mentioned this I was told they thought it wasn't worth doing before the Easter break..... maybe it wasn't for them but it would off been for us!

Review 29：The apartment was spacious enough to cater for our three kids aged 15, 10 and 10. We all enjoyed the warm pool and my teenage son and I really enjoyed the fitness facilities.
Review 30：The outside patio was very large with a mineral pool tub, which we really enjoyed. The rooms did not disappoint and the people were lovely and helpful. Everything about this place is luxury.
Review 31：Great location and the apartments are warm, spacious and outdoor hot tubs are fantastic. Staying as a couple was good, but would still be easy if you had kids or even as two couples. Highly recommend this as oppose to say the Hilton or some of the much more expensive lodges which we have stayed at in the past. Will be back over the winter as I'm sure the hot tub on the balcony will be even more fondly used.
Review 32：Far from 'town' so you'll need a car to get to a grocery store or restaurants. No 24-hour front desk, desk closes at around 6pm. No complimentary water. No washing detergent -have stayed in other 5* aparthotels where this was readily provided. The outdoor 'spa-bath' did not really work for us - took long to fill up, we could hear the neighbours right next to us, and their TV etc... not relaxing... too much wind in the evening... The main pool was not very private, had no view of the lake from there, it was supposed to be heated, but it was cold

Review 39：The suite had everything you need for a short stay in Taupo. The kitchen was fully stocked with crocks and cutlery and theres even a washing machine and dishwasher. Lovely balcony area with jacuzzi but was unfortunately too cold to take advantage of. View of the lake with sky channels and paper thrown into the deal.

Upon arriving we were told we had been upgraded from a 3 bedroom thermal apartment to a 3 bedroom lakeview apartment, which was a pleasant surprise to say the least! Our apartment was huge, with a massive court yard and beautiful views. My whole family was absolutely in love with Sacred Waters, and I will absolutely stay there again next time I'm in NZ! Absolutely beautiful.

Review 102：Very clean and comfortable. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with an amazing lake view, very relaxing out on the deck. The underfloor heating was welcome as well being early winter. A lovely place that I would return to.

Review 107：A thoroughly enjoyable romantic weekend away. Sacred Waters 100% lives up to expectations. We particularly enjoyed our private hot tub on the balcony with lake views, and our evening swim in the heated pool.
Review 108：Side pathway security light on an off all night and no blinds on some windows so people could look in. Maintenance of lighting, lamps etc was poor.
