Review 1：Firstly , the reception staff zero word of English which is not a big deal we got there at the end however she wanted to charge me double but luckily I had a co formation from booking and paid the price I originally got on the website. Secondly, breakfast is awful. No cold milk ! I asked for some cold milk for my coffee but the girl said that they don't have any .... They had hot milk by the cereal.... Bad quality produce, the cheapest budget stuff. Also, I think the hotel is too pricy for what it is it should be cheaper !

Review 10：I had a lovely room, very comfortable, spacious and clean, I enjoyed watching the eurovision sc on the flat screen tv! Short walk from the station and close to shops etc.
Review 11：I ordered a single room via booking.com in Gromada and was informed that it would be 12 squaremeters small room. Instead I got a huge suite type room with double bed. Communication with hotel staff in English via email before arriving was extremely fluently. The room was very clean, bathroom as well and as a bonus there was a well functioning air condition with remote control, about which I was extremely delighted, did the setting abt + 22 C and that was it - perfect! My room was in the 2nd floor close to main street, but the new windows in the hotel were so soundproof that I slept in Gromada 9 hours a night. I wished to have room service breakfast during my stay. That was arranged without any special cost. Room service breakfast was served exaclty in the time which was settled the night before. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. Koszalin is a sleepy little town, but if you wish to have some luxury during your staying there, choose Gromada. It is like a Grand Hotel in the center of Koszalin.
