Review 1：Only 2 things I didn't like....It's no refrigerator and the room is very very small.

Review 7：Overall, it was worst than a Budget hotel, please review how it is rated this hotel as three star in your Website. Few highlights are as under: 1. We didn't get room in booked hotel viz. Hotel Saleh, instead they provided accommodation in Hotel Sun Moon, which caused much discomfort and disappointment as after 8 Hrs of journey we had to struggle here and there. 2. The rooms was not ready to occupy immediately. 3. toiletries was not provided sufficiently. 4. Towel was very dirty and torn out. 5. Credit card was not accepted. 6. one of the hotel staff was very rude and reluctant.

Review 13：I didn't like our stay here. 1st of all the room is too small and has no TV. The rate is too expensive for the type of the hotel and for the room that they gave us. I booked for double bed but they gave us a single bed instead because they said that the pictures that booking.com uses is is not the actual room in the hotel. Usually even if it is single bed there should be 2 pillow but in our room theres only 1 and you will pay for additional pillow if you request for it. We had 1 towel for the two of us and 2 little bar of soap that's irritate our skin. Overall i will not go back here and i will not suggest this hotel to other.

Review 14：Room cleanliness was very ordinary. The customer has to fight for everything. I bought everything even toilet paper, soap, the usual items that would come with a three week stay. Very noisy staff, they don't talk they yell to each other.

Review 15：Suggest to install phone extensions in their room. So we dont need to go out if we have inquiries or to make orders at the bar.

Review 17：Was first reluctant to book, because of many bad ratings. The ideal location (google maps) and price/performance indicated, finally won. Now, after having been there, I can understand all bad ratings. There must be persons being afraid of a fully booked hotel, or increased prices, when returning again. And as a consequence keep the ratings low...

Review 20：Interactions with the staff. They were absolutely wonderful. So helpful with suggestions, arranging things for you. Tita and her staff were great! Nikki and Craig went above and beyond to help arrange a motorcycle trip for me. They all made the stay great. I will stay here again if I ever come back.

Review 24：just a standard room for overnight which is ok for me since i just need a place to sleep and do some emails. Having the shared bathroom is ok for me since when I was in there, i see no other guess on the floor. Not complaining for what I got given the price and my purpose of checking in.

Review 29：I've been travelling a few times already and this hotel is the worst that I've been into. We had an online reservation from booking.com which they didn't acknowledge when we got to the place. Since that day they were fully booked they offered us a room at another place. All we thought was its another branch little did we know we were already brought to the owners house and offered us a room there..Even though they offered something in return of their shortcomings letting us stay in a house does not feel hospitality for me.

Review 30：I booked a deluxe room (35m²) and ended up in a room with no window and 25m² -- at the SAME price. They said, they had no such booking. Funny, na... WLAN not in the room, only in the lobby.

Review 35：The Hotel was located just parallel road to the fields ave...just above a MiniMart...which it self was a boon to pick up a few things like snacks etc The restaurant at the venue is decorated tastefully and inspiringly ..The walls have post cards from all over the world..currency from the world.....Many rare collectibles on the Shelf above....Champagne caps on the benches......The food was Tasty....and thanks to Craig's Hamburger the evening was really fulfilling and delightful the Staff and the Owners are really helpful and friendly

Review 37：The location is fair near a convenience shop and a supermarket .Walking distance to the Field's Avenue.

Review 38：the staff tried to charge us an imaginary " deluxe room" fee two times ( at check-in they asked to get 100 peso more and at checkout - a different receptionist claimed we had to pay 700 pesos more) the room we got was exactly as in pictures on booking.com and we paid only the quoted price but due to this experience we dont recommend this hotel as its overpriced for the mediocre quality you get

Review 40：The TV situation was a bit strange. There was no remote in the room to turn it off, only to change channels. When I questioned them a bit, they gave me a tv remote, but it is not the norm.

Review 41：The staff were amazing! Really friendly and professional. The manager and housekeeper even shared their Christmas breakfast with me which was very thoughtful. Location is great, and it is quiet with comfortable rooms at great value.

Review 50：friendly staff!! Nice beds the place is clean and has fast wifi. Located in the middle of the center and had everything I needed. The owner is a Dutchmen and when I asked if I could use a wire connection he didn't hesitate and bought a router, a cable, drilled a hole and connected it to my laptop at no extra cost. THAT'S SERVICE! Downstairs is the restaurant/bar good food and most important cheap beer. I will be coming back there for sure!
