Review 5：This was supposed to be an apartment! It was a smallish motel size unit with a kitchen facility. One clothes washer & dryer was shared with all the units! You had to sit on the bed to watch TV. No couch.

Review 8：The place is beautiful, the staff where fantastic and the breakfast idea was so good for us as we had to leave early in the morning so be able to cook our own breakfast bought as a breakfast pack was great, more hotels should do this. The price was incredible i wasn't expecting much so that was a good shock.

Review 11：Everything was 5 Star standard including the lady who welcomed us. It was my partners birthday and I ordered flowers and they were in the room and a bottle of wine supplied as well. I have told everyone of the first class quality and service. We know people who have stayed at other places in Whyalla and they saw our room and was overwhelmed with the difference of quality and service.

Review 12：the chopping board was put back wet and not cleaned properly and stenched like it was rotten. That's it. maybe some more sugar and salt n pepper sachets.

Review 34：Only drawback was the location which is in an industrial part of Whyalla. However, it was close to a new shopping centre which meant easy access to major supermarkets etc.

Review 35：We stayed for two nights on our way down the Eyre Peninsula coast and the room was clean, fresh and well set up. The kitchenette area was well appointed and the king size bed was very comfortable. The laundry facility on the ground floor was good.

Review 36：When we arrived we were surprised that we were some distance away from our guests in spite of booking the room about 2 months ago and having had at least 2 phone calls confirming the booking. Then we could not get into our room despite repeatedly swiping the card. The receptionist wanted us to go up to the next floor but when we protested she was able to get into the room from next door and unlock the door. It was embarrassing in front of guests and we looked stupid. Surely the door is checked when the room is cleaned?

Review 37：Pleasant room with good facilities but the view is horrible. There needs to be trees and shrubs planted and money spent on landscaping.

Review 38：no room service and house keeping only came once. Amenities were not filled on a daily basis. Guests had to proceed to main office to get supplies.
