Review 1：No Hair dryer in one room. I sell air purity equipment and realize just how hard it can be to keep a room smelling and being fresh, i'm not selling anything just saying, invest in a good ozone air purification machine and run it in any room that's a little musty, the musty air was the main drawback in an otherwise fine, clean, recently renovated room. They use PTAC Heat/ AC units, there is minimal air exchange for outside fresh air, an ozone unit left running in a room that's gotten stale will get it right back to fresh!! Thank you again !

Review 3：Had to leave early do to family medical issue, management was not helpful , refused to refund any of the money for the second night we had booked & paid for.
Review 4：did not have a bad experience but the room needs a lot of work, and repair. the shower was clean but the water did not have a lot of pressure and when you turned the heat on the noise was terrible, and the front door has to be replaced as there is a large gap and the wind came through. I would have preferred to pay more for a better place.

Review 27：booked a smoking room, got a none smoking room, booked a single room with a queen size bed got a double room with two twin size beds, requested check out time of 1 pm and was told had to check out at 11 am. Was not too impresses with the whole experience. Room was really out dated.

Review 29：Dirty.. Dirty ~Had to go to the Dollar Tree and get bleach for the bathroom walls. # 8 has the cleanest bathroom! Toilet seat was broken in # 8 and #17 Grounds were nasty .. weeds, dead plants and butts everywhere even in the "Garden area" under stairs.
Review 30：For one, when we checked in the person at the desk right off the bat said that the room "was not that bad, and if you want a nicer hotel, spend more money." Well that happened to be the only hotel available near Rama, so we had no choice. Then we got to the room, there was No effort in the way the hotel room looked. We walked in and you could see where the old dresser was bolted to the wall, with mismatch paint. A coat hook was put on the wall and they didn't even bother to wipe off the excess glue used. Again it just looked like they literally didn't care how the room looked. We checked out the shower, and there was orange stuff and hairs in the bathtub and shower from the previous people. They had very old dated sheets... looked like from the 70's. Overall it was NOT a good hotel. My advice is to book in advance at holiday inn or days inn, or any other hotel other than that one, so that you are not stuck with this hotel as we were for our weekend...

The toilet tank and toilet is all yellow stained and wipes right off. The walls are all dirty and need wiped down and a fresh coat of paint. Dust every where. Paper and garbage in behind night stand. Need to hire a good cleaner for the rooms!

Pillows were also way overdue to be replaced. Fridge in the room but it hadn't been defrosted in a very long time. No coffee maker or ice machine. Wi-Fi present but signal was so weak only 1 device out of 3 could connect.
Review 95：Price was excellent compared to other hotels in the area ( but keep in mind you get what you pay for ). Good location, we were visiting casino, although cabs have a flat rate to casino, but if you were driving it is only 5 minutes. Close to late night amenities ( Tim's, 24 hour Mac's ). Large flat screen tv. Room was good enough for a one night stay.
Review 96：To start off, when I arrived in the hotel, there was nobody at the reception desk, I had to call the hotel and tell them that I was at the parking lot. The room I stayed was awful, it smells cigarette, old bed sheets, the towels were very old and way to small for adults. When I woke up the next day all my clothes smelled cigarette. Very strong smell of tobacco all over the room. Worst hotel I have stayed in Canada.

To name a few, the room was very small, the heater sounded like there was a jet in our room, the heater was way to close to the bed, there was no clock radio or coffee pot. Furthermore, the room was not very clean and there wasn't even a hook to hang our coats up. When we went to open up the fridge door it scraped on the flooring.

Review 102：It's now Nov. And colder, (winter) therefore we felt that the staffshould have turned on the heat prior to our arrival because when we wentto bed at night, we froze. Cotton sheets, no heat, no hangers for ourcoats or clothes. We had to sit with our coats on until the heat made itcomfortable enough to undress and get into the cold bed. We were alsounder the impression that they provided at least a coffee maker in theroom like most overnight places. Otherwise things were ok. For theprice, it served the purpose for us, except for the cold room.
