Review 1：The towels are not that clean. The room where my parents stayed at (room 413) smells like molds. There was a miscommunication with the front desk with regards to room booking. There's no slippers inside the room. You have to request for another key card coz they'll only give you one. The parking is not PWD-friendly.

Review 2：A quite place to stay. Affordable. Excellent service from the cleaning staff. The mountain view on the rooftop is fantastic in the morning.

Review 3：Towels too old and looked dirty but still being used. Very poor wifi connection. We were charged for ridiculously expensive fee for a small amount of fresh milk (Php110) and hot tea (Php 86) when we asked tea instead of free coffee for breakfast. Staff at the cafe were nice but not aware of the hotel policies.

Review 5：omg somethings but really management problem, how the staff can knows, that the boss think they can be high standard: pool waitress, sorry 6 waitress talking with one customer at bar, me sitting at dining area, how ever everybody hv seen me also my sign, nobody cares coz the asuement of the other guest. one other sitting in sun! so just three guest and me waitung 15 min they staff at pool the english is poor, only can say, yes ok sir but nothing happens: f.x. me order chop sticks, ok sir, nut nothing happnens, me reorder again. as me claim and refuse coz me meal was cold she inform me sorry no chop sticks, pity coz the offer japanese, korean and chinese food too. suddenly chp stick is coming. me order there apple mango, me rcvd nothing, leter inform me machine is dmaage, why me got these information not earlier. also the cocktail price list wrong, there is desc from 50 php, ok not much, but otherwise also 33% towels always problem me never get it, sometimes noting when you claim for twin room just two bathtowels so me claim again for two smaller one the mirror is bad hv been changed also a/c loud as starting jet really service, staff except boys outside not international 4 star, local 2 star is ok. service means service and not just say ok sir and nothing happens and under this circumstance prices is not reasonable. at least its ok, pool is old and small but ok you hv ask for everything like laundry bag and price list, normally nice hotel but a big gab between the they want be and they are and also by price! but finally its ok if you get good price when extence the stay!

Review 23：In the AM, the restaurant on 6th floor is particularly inefficient, even by local standards. Some of the personel need multiple prompts for any kind of service. It took above 5 minutes just to get a menu, about 25 minutes just to get a coffee and orange juice i had requested on seating. And longer for the meal. There were only 3 other tables taken during this time. One person in particular seems more interested in watching TV than in attending to customer's simple needs.

Review 24：Front desk personnel very pleasant and do their job well. They have a free shuttle to Fields in evening/ night. Spacious clean comfortable rooms. Pool on rooftop is nice and fun to go in.

Review 25：1. Shower was scalding hot only. No temperature control. Stuck valve. 2. Doorman and maintenance staff were rude. 3. Massive road construction surrounds the hotel, making access impossible from Fields. Only 1 back street has an approach. 4. Some old and worn appointments, carpet, mirrors, shower, etc.

Review 26：The price? At 2200/day it's about right. If the roads were functional and if it were not raining it would be a decent distance to the party part of town.

Review 27：I arrived and my oringal room was not available as a customer extended and they left him in that room, so they decided to pgrade me to a better room. Good! But then they wanted me to be available the next noon to "maybe" change rooms-- "we don't know, it depends if it's freed up"... I could not know until 1 PM that day if I was going to stay in same upgraded room or have to move all my stuff to originally planned room. I eneded up staying in upgraded room... THen, the same "lottery" had to be played again for the next day... This is really bad management process-- once you upgrade for these reasons, you let the customer have the upgraded room for the duration of the stay...

Review 29：staff at rooftop restaurant not quiet up to standard , but ok. it was not busy. waiter gave us the menue and then sit at the bar watching television. didn't bother to take order for about 25min. when finally brought some tablewater , he tried to excuse that all colleagues were on lunchbreak ..... yeah . but it was only two tables occupied . and he sat watching tv 25 min. the other morning i went for breakfast . all doors to the pool were open.so i choosed a table outside, near the pool. it's only 5 meters from the inside area. the waitress waved me to come inside. i stayed . then she tried to explain to me that breakfast is only in the inside restaurant area . i replied . ok then give me the menue . i order something from the menue . no need the free breakfast . then she said ... she's working alone , if i cannot come inside .... i told her, when i worked for the money that i pay for the hotel, i was also alone .... then she gave in and served me breakfast at the table near the pool .... as i mentioned was only 5 meters from the inside area , and not difficult to reach since all doors were opened . if you use shower in the evening or night , water is only hot ...

Review 32：It took a while for them to serve breakfast. Aside from that, although the hotel is just a walking distance from food strips and other things, it is unnerving to walk to and from the hotel because of the people who loiter around (probably from the residential homes within the area) and catcall. Riding tricycles is ridiculously expensive.

Review 37：This is a very nice hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. The food is not so great. Just average. The coffee is pretty bad though.

I ask from hotel before my stay if pool is in use and they told me that pool is in use and construction work is only in minimal areas, that was not true. They market that they have free shuttle available every day until 11PM, but in real life shuttle was available only about half of the time. Driver was in Manila, in Clark, etc...

The pool on the too isalso a great plus. It was under construction but I have a feelingit's going to be amazing. Don't waste your money on moreexpensive hotels. This place is great, clean, comfortable and the staffwill impress you.

Review 52：The roof top pool area was one of the main reasons i booked this hotel. It was still open but the area is in the middle of a construction site and very noisy. we were on the 4th floor and the tradesmen start work way before any holiday maker would plan on waking up. I would probably have had second thoughts about my decision to stay there if i had known they were refurbishing the top floors. The service in the Restaurant is incredibly disjointed. the wait staff are prompt and attentive but the food comes out one plate at a time. One morning there were three of us having breakfast and two ordered the same meal (Filipino Breakfast) One person received hers and I was served with the Pancakes which I had chosen. The third person ended up requesting her breakfast be served to take away it took that long to arrive.

Review 53：The Staff were incredible. Helpful beyond what you could hope for. The room was as the pictures on the web site show. It is a little confusing to get to this place across a very poorly maintained one way goat track. when in reality it is probably less than 5 Minutes walk from Fields Avenue, straight down the Street it faces. The Hotel does provide a shuttle and it is free for short drop offs. The breakfast was nice but the menu is limited if you choose to include it in your room rate. I would definitely choose to stay here again when the refurbishment is finished

Review 54：Breakfast was very ordinary. Service was slow bordering on hopeless.Only 1 coffee or juice was allowed, expected to pay extra for a secondcoffee. This is pathetic penny pinching for a $100 a night hotel.

Review 71：Rooms were immaculate with superior fit out. I spent most of the time in my room due to major dental work and found TV and in room dining was of a very good standard. Everything was clean and well maintained. Close to the shopping centre and dentist. In house transport available otherwise local taxi or trike was OK. The pool and gym was clean and had everything you need to keep fit.

Review 72：1. Poor breakfast. Either 1 cup of coffee or 1 glass of (powder) orange juice. It's either one or the other. Anything else is charged extra.2. Very weak, unreliable wifi 3. WORST OF ALL - LOCATION!! Situated at the end of a long, dark, out-of-the-way street, with shady characters all along, mostly evenings. I had my reservations about walking back at night. The lady at front office assured me it is safe. That very evening, my first evening, I was robbed of all my cash, all my credit cards, ID card and my expensive cellphone.... and this happened 70 metres away from the hotel! No CCTV cameras anywhere! And it was not a case of "bag snatching"... My phone in its cover was literally snatched out of my hand! BEWARE! This area is not safe!

Review 74：Room faced very dirty & busy street. Traffic started @ 5 am & noise easily penetrated into the room. Shower had effectively no cold water starting around midday, so if you were late waking or wanted a shower after a morning walk, there was one temperature - scalding. 'Fresh' juice meant tang - something I learned was systemic to the Philippines. Restaurant staff were brutal - mistakes with every order, slow service, and the concept of delivering meals to you & your dining partner at the same time was completely beyond their grasp. Coffee was marginal (at best) to this tepid brownish water thing that I couldn't really identify.

Review 82：I only had one problem and that was on my return visit I had stayed there for four nights and then went to Cebu and bohol, I had paid for my return visit on the 24th of October but on my return I was kept waiting for an hour as the staff seemed to dispute this fact eventually they allowed me to enter the room until they cleared this matter, some two hours later when I had to call down to reception to verify this matter had been cleared up I was told they had found the payment, I found this to be discourteous as they did not even call me to put my mind at rest to their error :-(
