Review 1：I dont even know what to say about this hotel. The room was ok but bathroom had a very funny smell and not a pleasant one. One of the lifts didnt work and it took people from a tourist group about an hour to get to their rooms with suitcases. I stayed one night there Kaunas being a transit point on my trip from UK to Belarus. I arrived after 10 pm so everything was closed in the hotel area. I went to sleep hungry but the most awful thing was that i couldn't get still water anywhere. The bar at the reception didnt work and at the reception they had only carbonated water. I drink a lot of water so it was not the best night for me. And guess what? THERE WAS NO WATER AT BREAKFAST. Only 2 jars with juice. The breakfast was plain, nothing special. There are better hotels in Kaunas. I would recommend this one only if you need to sleep 1 night before your train to somewhere and make sure you have enough water with you.

Review 3：I guess this is the worst hotel that we have visited in Europe. For ventilation they use vent holes and noise insulation is done by scotch tapes on the vent holes; therefore, it is hardly possible to sleep due to noise from the street. And i do not even want to start on cleanliness...

Review 4：A cartoon and bedcover wasn't ironed . Would be grate to found coffe and tea in the room as well, but anyway everything was excellent.

Review 6：The hotel does not offer extra option apart a good wifi (internet) and a panoramic bar - operating in the last floor - but closing too early, specially in the weekends. The color and old fashioned style shuld have been already renovated.

Review 7：Location is perfect. The most important thing when you arrive is LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE. The hotel is also clean, has a good Internet and that is also positive. The breakfast - without being magnificent - is quite good and the staff also polite and available.

The location was close to the bus and train station but further from the city centre and the hotel is on a very busy road. I had a view of the parking lot. Review 31：Big room, everything in it was very comfortable. Big windows, air conditioner, tv, table. Enough space to leave your staff ang bags. Bathroom very nice. New, big, with a comfortable shelf for all your shampoos and other things. Bed in the room was so big and so comfortable, we didn't want to leave this place. We had a room #811. 2 elevators in the corridor. Thank you. We'll stay there next time again.

Review 32：Nice hotel near the centrum. For some reason staff wasnt able to serve coffe or beer to us from the lobby while there was private event in 9th floor. Room was clean and parking was able in backyard.

If your room faces backyard (like our room), expect an ugly view, on the other hand - front side of the hotel is facing bus station, and beleive me, there is nothing nice in there too, so if you want some rest choose one facing backyrad without hesitation!:)

Review 74：The hotel is quite modern, our room was very small, but comfortable. The hotel is situated just in front of Kaunas bus station (the railway station is about 100 meters away too!:)), so the location is very convenient for travelling, and for sightseeing too, as it's in the centre of Kaunas (you can reach Laisves Aleja just in 5 minutes). There is a free parking in the backyard. Breakfast was good, staff was polite, bed was comfortable, so we really enjoyed our stay - and most of all we enjoyed the price we paid:) 39 Euros for a double room with free parking and breakfast - what can you ask more?!:) (and considering it was a long weekend and all hotels were almost full, the price was just unbelievable). If you want a quiet room (like we did), ask for it and you will get a room facing deserted backyard. I don't know, maybe we didn't have the neighbours, but it was surprisingly quiet in our room - we didn't hear anything from the room next door (but we heard people in the hallway coming back at night, but for Saturday night it wasn't so bad at all!)

Review 75：The receptionist wasn't as friendly as he could be,we didn't like when he asked if the bed was chosen correctly because we "wouldn't sleep in a same bed" according to him. Then we also needed to wait until our room was ready even though we came on time. When we were told that everything is ready, there still was a room service inside. Also it was quite strange to see a bible on a bed table.

Review 85：Although several free wi-fi areas in the reception/lounge area and bar area on the top floor. I was unable to access any in my room on the 6th floor, which meant to speak with family members on skype I had little privacy which I would have prefered and areas were noisy and it was difficult to make myself heard or hear the person in the U.K. The television in the room had only the one channel I could watch BBC world news. However I had several days planned stay in a clinic and was able to get eurosport 1 and 2, which was very good, begging the question why it would not be available at such an otherwise excellent hotel. Although coffee/tea was available at reception and at the bar when open, there were no facilities to make myself a cup as and when I needed as a complimentary service. I would have gladly paid more for that convenience. Had I been going out more I would have liked to have the facility of a safe in my room to house my passport and laptop or other valuables, most hotels I stay in have this facility although have a lower star rating than this one. Again on reflection I would have paid several Euros more for a slightly better facilitated room option, had they been available and still been pleased at the value for money.

Review 86：breakfast was excellent fayre, with wide variety to suit all tastes. Rooms were comfy and clean and warm, excellent en-suite facilities. The main bus station is opposite and main train station only a few hundred yards away. The panoramic 9th floor bar/ restaurant has a small but excellently produced range of meals. The price for what I considered a 4 star hotel was fantastic value and would not hesitate to stay there again.
