Review 1：The apartments we had previously stayed in were exceptional (705 for example), however this time we were allocated one on the ground floor (310) of very similar size but one that was in desperate need of upgrading. The sofa beds were worn and frayed, kitchen drawers and tap were loose, knobs missing off cooker, tiles needing grouted in the bathroom which is a shame. Rowdy groups returning back to the hotel around 3am-4am were a problem on 3 occasions with loud shouting swearing and banging of furniture that each time went on for around 30mins until the hotel staff intervened or evicted them.

Review 2：The location is great, with easy access to the old town, nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and genuinely friendly.

Review 3：The hotel is not on top of it's Maintenance. Our apartment had door handles that pulled off, leaking sink, broken extractor fan. There was a Lift out of order for entirety of our 10 day stay. You Should also be aware that the gym is only free for all inclusive which should be mentioned in the description.There was also demolition and building work on the top floor with constant banging until 8pm for 3 days out of our stay. Generally the hotel is tired and past its heyday. Definitely not 4 star by today's standards I have stayed in better 2 star and 3 star hotels in the past.

I was worried from the reviews I read as we had our 2 year old with us but I'd definitely stay here again.the staff and entertainment around the pool was fantastic for kids and also great at night. We had a great room it was like a penthouse which was great when for our son to have room to play.we also had pool view which was also fantastic. Some people said to us that the food wasn't great bit we had breakfast in hotel every morning and bought food in supermarket just few minute walk away to snack on. It's in a fantastic location only ten min from old or new town.

Close on 60 lads attended - of the older sort ;-) I only stayed on room only basis. 3 nights - twin room - total cost = £90 Say no more!! Room was clean, tidy and cleaned during our stay. Hotel staff were great on check-in - allowing us an early one! Great location for strip and old town Can't comment on food as never ate in hotel. Drinks were OK but only had a few around the pool. For what it now caters (Stags and Hens) cant complain and would recommend Would I go back with a family - doubt it.

This hotel is not value for money...

No sun beds at pool unless you were up at 6 am to reserve ( we didn't bother) , musty smell in corridors, which were dark and creepy. Most of guests were all inclusive and therefore constant queues at bars, as they were getting free drinks and snacks all day, so all the time busy. I have one younger child who wanted to go to kids disco each night and we had to go down to an underground dungeon for this which was like an 80s nite club. The smell was horrendous, damp smellier in with the smells from the all inclusive dining room. I peeped it - it was like a boarding school dining room. No wifi - which ruined it for the teenagers . You could pay to get it at the reception for 5e per day and even then the quality was terrible. I heard one of the staff telling someone to go to the hotel next door to sit in their reception as it had free wifi.? 1980s style portable TV in room, with no uk channels. It would have been nice to flick it in for half an hour in the evenings while waiting in others to get ready. Main disappointments for us - no sunbeds, balcony overlooking busy road, no wifi, awful smell everywhere, hotel dark and smells awful

Review 96：We stayed for 10 nights in hotel and we have 2 small children (3 & 1) - they were a little too small for the kids club but it looked very good. There was a great indoor play tent with bouncy castle and tikes etc which was a blessing but this was a cost of 5 euro a day per child. We didn't go all inclusive but the majority of people were and the food and drink was expensive if you were paying . Cheaper in the old town or strip for dining. Also the sunbeds were 2 euro each a day and didn't really get a bed at the pool unless you up early. But lovely grass area which you can use which was great for us with the smaller ones. We had 2 rooms ( one was my parents) and our room was nice but there's wasn't great. Very old fashioned. Beds really hard and uncomfortable but the 1 bed room was very spacious and clean. Had a full oven which was great too. The entertainment for the kids was ok but in another pub was the adult entertainment which we didn't think was great ,would suit a much older crowd.
