Review 1：That they canceled my rasvation 10 mins before I arrive and that cost me more money and if you could call me at 5075179156 so I can explain some issues that you really need to make sure to fix so you won't receive no complains from your customers.

Review 3：Very clean motel...very safe. I am a single women who appreciates the comfort of cleanliness and safety. I was on a business trip and needed to fax some orders to my warehouse and they did so without even charging me. Made me feel "at home" :-)

Review 4：We had requested a roll away bed and were told it would be available for our reservation. No bed showed up and our daughter had to spend 2 nights on the floor.

Review 5：The staff at check-in personally brought down extra bedding for our daughter and worked to try to find a roll away. The patio was nice.

Since we had a dog they charged us $15 extra for a cleaning fee and then stuck us in a room that had several stains (from pee I imagine) in the carpet. The bed also had hair in between the sheets. The pool was also about 10 degrees to hot. For the price I expected something more like a 3 star hotel.

Review 9：The property is appealing from outside and from within the lobby. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs are a nice touch.

Review 10：The pictures showed a select few of their king size rooms, and it's up to lady luck whether you get the one advertised or something much less compared to the photos.

Review 13：Courteous staff, clean rooms. They are updating the hotel which is good. It's currently 50-50, parts are reno'd and others aren't. Will make a huge improvement once they update flooring and room decor.

Review 14：Our only complaint was not being able to use the hot tub. We got back to the hotel just after they closed the door to the hot tub and sauna, so we got up early in the morning just to have time to sit in the hot tub before heading out to a seminar. We got down to the room 15 minutes after the room was opened and they had a sign that read " closed for cleaning". Logically to me, this should be something that should be done during their closed hours. Just a suggestion

Review 16：The hallway and room needed vacuumed. The room itself smelled like a dirty laundry room. The shower looked moldy in the grout. There were drunk people in the parking lot people urinating on the hotel sign as we entered the parking lot, should have been a HUGE clue to turn around and run.

Review 19：It is right on the highway (Mulberry), so there was a lot of traffic noise, & our first floor room faced the oft mentioned trailer park which has a lot of kids & dogs, so there is lots of noise. This did not detract from our stay, we just ignored it, but I can understand why some might not be thrilled about that - deal with it, the great far outweighs any minor annoyances.

Review 20：We stayed here for a week while my daughter attended her freshman orientation at Colorado State. We will make this our hotel of choice for the next 4 years. The staff were all wonderful, helpful, friendly & quick to address all questions. The pool & hot tubs were sparkling clean, breakfast typical of an included breakfast but always hot. There is a great steak place right next door & its only a few minutes from campus or old town Fort Collins without all the College St. traffic. It's close to I-25, so we found it convenient. I also loved the architecture & decor. There were people cleaning, landscaping & attention to detail every day.

Review 57：No bar soap in the bathroom. So, I got undressed and looked for thecustomary bar soap for a shower and there was none so I had to use theshower gel in the shower. It's a poor excuse for soap. When Icomplained about the lack of soap, I was told that the hotel had decidedto "go green". Bs, all the hotel did was save money at myexpense. So I'm standing there standing buck naked with no soap andlooking for a bar of soap and then I'm told later that they wouldhave given me a bar of soap. I won't be back.

Review 58：Pool is seasonal, despite 85 degree heat and blue sky the pool was closed, locn used before and after this stop were still operating pools.

Their behavior and conduct reflect the highest standards and they should be properly appreciated. It was a true blessing to me to have these items sent back to me. Review 61：Once I got home from my trip my clothes smelled strongly of the fragrance in the hotel room.

Review 62：The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the late night lady who checked me in. My room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was delicious.
