Review 1：The 4star rating from booking.com had my expectations high. Nothing about this apartment complex turned hotel(motel) lived up to it. Especially the lack of internet. The 30day charges on the first 5 minutes of arrival. After first day I wanted to check out and go to real 4 star hotel but was told I'll never get refund for the other days. After that I was frustrated by the ants, lack of a internet, lack of copier printer or fax. And when land line phone didn't work I was not surprised at the open electrical hazard rich by the bed. Worst stay of my life and I've lived in tents in Iraq.

Review 2：Staff, although powerless to fix any problem I had were well mannered and soft spoken

Review 3：Too bad if you book your stay on Booking.com or any "booking" sites you don't get free breakfast. Staff said you must book directly with the hotel to avail of the free breakfast and discounts.

Review 19：Pool water was very cold. Bathroom was clean but toilet bidei was leaking (told the staff but no one came to fix it). Shower water pressure was really weak to think we were at the ground floor. Walls were thin, you can hear some machine running from outside.

Review 20：good location. They building design was nice. Room was great. Beds were comfortable. Aircon was working pretty well. Staff were helpful, but was clueless on the hotair balloon event (which was the reason we were there). Guards were helpful.

Review 23：Construction is cheap. No extractor fan in bathroom. Bad smell all over the room after use of bathroom. Shower head was completely calcified and blocked. I recommended they should use decalcifyer or vinegar, But they just did it somehow. No toilet seat cover when We checked in. But I insisted to have one, so they organized one. Fridge directly next to bed - compressor is loud. Wardrobe in bathroom without extractor.... toilet flush did also not work, But they fixed it.... this is not what someone expects for almost 50 euro per night

It is nice that there is a pool but the water feels like 80% of it is bleach, so getting out of the pool you feel and smell bleached. chlorine is too strong.

Review 73：My credit card was charged on the dates of the booking I made. I showed the confirmation of purchase from my phone to the front desk staff on duty but still she asked me to pay the 2 rooms (5,800php). She used the credit card that I used for booking the 2 rooms but she didnt get any result because it was continously showing "connected." She then, asked for another card. I gave her my debit card which showed the same result..."connected." I finally decided to pay her in cash because it was late at night and we wanted to get settled in our rooms. So, from the looks of it, I have been doubly charged. She said, she will call the VISA card to cancel my purchase made on the card because I paid in cash, anyways. I never got any feedback from their "call" if my visa card charges have been cancelled. I am now back in Saudi Arabia and I went to check with my bank re: the charges. Indeed, my card was charged upon the dates of booking. And I also paid in cash. So, I was doubly charged. This situation was never resolved until this time. Another thing is, the food serving is small.

Review 74：I like the consideration that they gave us. They let us use the pool even after 10pm because we arrived late at the hotel. I love the peaceful location. The pool is small but nice and clean!

The room was dark, dingy and if the curtains were open everybody walking past could see in. The breakfast was poorly cooked. The WiFi was intermittent.

Review 96：The hotel was very difficult to find by the taxi driver - and because I had an early flight from Clark Aiport the only way was by a taxi from the Hotel which was far to expensive - I´ll never go back there again

Review 97：What I didn't like about it is where the swimming pool is located. It is near and surrounded the guest rooms. The hotel does not follow the pool rules when they allowed guests to swim after 10PM. You can hear very clearly when people are swimming and awakened by it. I will not recommend this with small children to stay at this hotel. They seemed to cater more to people who stays with local girls.

Review 123：It was a little bit away from the main stream, but a taxi or motor bikewas always available and for a couple of $$s, the sim Mall was a greatplace for shopping and meals only 7 mins away.

Review 127：-taxis in Clark Airport are not metered and expensive -- you need to pay P500 to go to an Angeles hotel/apartelle -the only public transportation in Clark Airport are jeepneys to Dau Terminal - jacuzzi water is not heated, so the swimming pool water is very cold -dining table is small and only good for 2 persons (there are only 2 chairs) - there are only 2 sets of plates, glasses, cups and eating utensils - room is for a maximum of 4 guests, so the utensils and facilities should be for 4 persons - plates and eating utensils are not clean - no dishwashing liquid and sponge - room where you could dry up your clothes doesn't have a clothesline - no bath mat - no door mat

Review 132：I enjoyed my entire stay in the hotel and would book it again. It is new, very clean, the stuff is very friendly and the rooms are quite spacious. The hotel might be a little bit farer from fields avenue, but this is not bad at all. For 10 pesos one can take a jeepney at any time so it was quite cheap to get there. Another plus is that it was no problem at all to have someone staying over, as long as there weren't more people in the room than allowed.
