Review 2：The hotel is of a very high standard with excellent facilities, superb food and very friendly and professional staff. The reception staff are very courteous and go an extra mile. We had many treatments there and were very satisfied. The Bukowy Restaurant also provides an excellent service and the food is superb. The breakfast is out of this world. I visited 43 countries and stayed in many hotels and can easily say, theirs is one of the best!

Review 4：During my stay hotel accepted school groups that tranformed this otherwise nice facility into a youth hostel. Cleaning swimming pool and sauna during high usage hours shows lack of a proper management.

Review 6：There was no place to park the car near the hotel, the usual near-door parking place was occupied constantly (24h at least). Water from the shower didn't run down correctly, so it went out to the room.
