Review 4：Location of the hotel is a 5 mins drive from city centre and 8 mins from the Eagle Square for which every time we got into a taxi we had to shell out 10 ringgit as that is the minimum taxi fare. Hence, it would be really helpful if the hotel starts a complimentary pick up and drop facility to the Eagle Square or atleast drop to the City Centre and Eagle Square.

Review 9：The not so good thing about this hotel was the food. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and was sorely disappointed. the breakfast spread was good but not so tasty. And slow wifi.

Review 10：We like this hotel for its cleanliness, spacious room, sea view and friendly staff. The room service was prompt and had everything we needed. The pool was also great although the water was really cold but I must say it was refreshing in the sweltering heat. The hotel is relatively new so I guess that is why the amenities and facilities are all in good condition. Location wise it is not located along the beach so if you are someone who likes to have the beach within walking distance from your room, this is probably not it. it is about 20mins by car to Pantai Cenang or tanjong rhu beach. however there are some great eats around the hotel e.g. Wonderland Seafood and there is a mall right behind the hotel where you can get groceries and food or watch a movie. An Islamic hotel but we had no issues with it.

Review 17：Comfy hotel in the city with seaview. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms with everything you need. The hotel is located at seaside (no beach) near a shopping mall and at the beginning of a long street full of shops and restaurants. This is not a beach-resort hotel, but an excellent city hotel. The hotel is a moslim hotel (no alcohol), but I think more then 50% of the clientele are non-moslims and it has an international atmosphere. The restaurant and the Breakfast is good.

There is a mall which is only a 4mins walk. The Chenang beach is about 20mins which costs 30 ringetts via taxi. The cable car/3d museum etc are about 30mins away and cost 40 ringetts. Paid 810 ringetts for 4 nights. Would stay there again

Review 88：I had been directed to a table by the staff in charge at the cafe. I went to take my food and went back to the table. I am pleased that two cups of coffee were ready at the table. To my surprise, a couple came later and claimed that the seat belong to them. I apologize to them and went to see the staff in charge to tell her my problem. She gave me a disgusting look and not apologizing to me. She went off quickly. She did not assigned me nor directed me to other table, despite my request. I am not happy with her attitude. Just a simple apology would change my perception. She ruined my mood for the morning. One more thing, I can hear the person next room chatting, sneezing or even burping. This you can hear it from the room and the sound is more pronounced/ clearer when I am in the bathroom. There is no privacy. This is unacceptable for a hotel claimed to be a four star. This is not a cheap motel! I requested for a non-smoking room but was assigned to a smoking because of they said it depends on vacancy. Only when I reached the room, I realised that the room assigned to me was a non smoking room. This hotel is not recomended to anybody. There is many more good value hotel in Langkawi. Please stay away.

Review 129：Wow! What a hotel... We are a young couple and really didn't expect this place to be as amazing as it was for the price we paid. The staff are all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Everybody greeted us with a 'good morning' on our way to breakfast every morning. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had- a real 10/10 job! We are a non-Muslim couple so had to go elsewhere to have a glass of wine in the evening but still ate in the hotel restaurant as the food was so delicious and the waiter was so nice, he made us different iced juices each night to compensate for not having wine! I really really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place 100%. Gorgeous rooms, always clean and tidy and a amazing shower!
