Review 1：We took 2 rooms, our room dont have the toiletries and the other got spoilt aircon.it wudve been better and the other feedback is the availability of phone in case there are problems inthe room specially for first timers.

Review 6：Always some clenliness problems,, they put some coating on ceramic tiles in bathroom,,, this coating is pelling down and you have all room full of small parts of plastic from that coating.. I go to reception ask to clean the bathroom of that plastic and the respond was really slow...............

Review 18：I'M new to my new home(Makati). I accidentally arranged for a car and gave the address of maleti. Looking back the receptionist knew something was wrong in the end, my driver got list and I had to take a cab from maleti to home.

Review 24：The rooms are poorly maintained. The first room that was assigned to us have 1 busted bulb on the hallway, TV was not functioning, not hot water on the tap. We transferred to another room but unfortunately when we're ready to sleep the A/C became noisy that we're not able to sleep uninterruptedly. There's no wifi provided to us when we moved-in to the next room we have to ask for it from the front desk.

Review 28：At first the guards posted outside are very attentive, alert, helpful with the luggage and very courteous. Later, the same guards are busy chatting with other guards, texting, unmindful of the guests coming in and out and worst!! sometimes they are nowhere to be found. Also, wifi connection on the fourth floor is the worst among all floors. Parking space is not enough and not secured.

Review 50：Staff were friendly and very accomodating. While we're about to check out, the staff handed my towel in the reception area. I didnt notice i left it in our room. Simple act of honesty from their staff. The place is great for those on budget lookers without sacrificing the comfort. It has shower woth automatic heater and everything works with automated card from door access to aircon and light access so once they leave the room it automatically shuts down too. It has 24/7 wifi too at room and fast internet.

Review 52：Having stayed for 16 days, on my check out day i heard a loud bang while i was on the bed. Rushing to the bathroom and saw the toilet flush broke and had a water fountain type situation. The staff was fast enough to respond and transferred me to another room. On check out time, i was informed that i had to pay P2,500 for the damage (that i didn't do!) which ofcourse i rightfully refused to hand over! As if i didn't have nothing else to do than smash the toilet!

On top of this my aircon was not working well, so it was even more noisy than the first time I was here.... It was so noisy that I could hardly sleep. They should rather change to better aircons and charge slightly more. I don't think I will stay here next time as it is simply too noisy.

Review 63：Location: The hotel seems to outstand all other hotels in the vicinity since it is clean and tall building yet the price is affordable. It is near SM Clark, airport and walking distance to 711 and restaurants. The restaurant beside it offers unlimited steak every sunday for just Php600/head with unlimited soup, pasta, salad and fruits and everything is delicious. People: Staffs are very nice. Guards and staffs in reception are very polite and accommodating. The room: Rooms are new and clean specially the bathroom. The view from the room is also good. The aircon, tv, hot and cold shower are all working well. Over all, Perfect hotel to stay with an affordable price.

Review 77：It is a well thought out and designed hotel for the regular traveler. It has all that you need without the fluffy extras which just add to the cost and often you don't use. Clean and modern which is not common in Angeles. The location was also just a little away from the busy bar scene but close enough if you want to dip in and out.

(Was struggling if to book this hotel again but in the end I chose the hotel I am familiar with. At least I know the room should be clean,bright, have fast WIFI and suitable for me as it is a business trip and I don't want to stay in a hotel with too many unknown variables) The thing I was disgusted the most was when I arrive in the hotel I showed the staff my printed booking confirmation. He took it and never returned to me. I requested it back (Coz it's my own record and I need to claim from the company and I think they don't need it according to my last experience staying in this hotel). Instead I think the staff just wanted to cover up his mistake of not returning my items and said that my printed booking confirmation is their possession and they can't return to me. Ridiculous. But fine I can just print another one on my own. But seriously it feels funny for me and at the moment when he rejected that small request of returning my own item, in my mind I just had a deja vu moment -- "Ahh now I remember why I didn't want to come back to this hotel again. The unfriendly staff"..

Review 90：Air conditioner VERY loud. Room was not made up once (though I was in it one day when they came by at first instance). DO NOT USE THE EUROPECAR 'taxi' service. Taxi service was (comparatively) very expensive and the driver (of a very average car) had to stop every 5 minutes for a p.ss. It is an embarressment to Tune hotels that this service was provided in this manner. This place is on perimeter road. It is not a safe place to go walking about at night - better just to get a jeepney down to the Fields. I'll stay closer to or on Walking street if I ever return.
Review 91：Lovely place with facilities that were clean. Bathroom water was good. Nice and cheap. Staff were accomodating to extend my stay for an extra day so I could hang out there whilst waiting for my midnight flight. Easy access to the action at Fields via Jeepney (which will easily bring you back too).
Review 92：This was the second smallest room I have ever stayed in. There was not enough space to open our suitcases. We had to crawl into the bed from its foot as there was not room along the side. I wish I had known before I booked and wonder why a hotel in Angeles City, Philippines need to be constructed so tiny. It's not like it's in the place like Tokyo or New York where land is that a premium. It was my first experience with Tune hotels. It will be my last.

The front desk, a lady in black, let me feel terrible. i arrived in angeles city on 6am. when i got into the hotel, the lady told me i cannot check in because it is too early unless i pay more 600 peso. that's ok and then i chose to stay in the hall and surfed online and wait. but their wifi only can be used 30 minutes, if you wanna continue, u have to ask another password from the desk. when i asked for another password, the lady showed me a impatient face. 2. Another problem is that there is no electric pot in the room, so you have to buy bottle water(20 PESO) or hot water(5peso). one day morning, i asked for hot water in the front desk for my instant noodle. the lady said she would help me but i had to pay 5 peso. okay, no problem. but when she poured hot water into my noodly cup, she didn't take out my fork. and after that, she said if u needed a fork, 10 peso. hoho... such a servant. terrible. 3. the hotel is a little far away from the walking street and sm mall, u should take a jeepney to their(9peso), of couse if you wanna take a tricycle, u should pay 100 peso although no more than 2km.
