Review 1：Not much around the hotel, needed to go by taxi to somewhere else to get anything to eat

Review 4：the room only consist of bed, wardrobe, flat tv, aircond and bathroom. although it has been equipped with tea/coffee facilities, there is no table to have them. I received towel quite late due nil clean towel and had to wait for the towel to come back from laundry but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Oh! the room service is good

Review 6：They use thin bed for the single bedded user. It is not so comfortable for elders. Family deluxe room is not inclusive fridge. It's perfect if come with coffee table and chair.

Review 8：i booked 2 rooms. 1 was given not according to my booking which was supposed to be 2 twin beds. I was given a 1 twin bed for 4 pax. Managed to get the correct room on 2nd night. Overall OK. I was not that fussy.
Review 9：No restaurant near the hotel. We had to use taxi to get pantai chenang and some of attractions frequently. For the Hotel, I really disappointed at the reception. They are not flexible and helpful for the guest i think. They only repeat that this is not our hotel rule and policy when we request something all the time. And their priority is to answer the phone from our check-in time to check-out time. For the room, It was so noisy that we couldn't have a peaceful sleep.

Review 11：The security is poor as the lower floors have access to the hotel floors. The mosque is just across the carpark and broadcasts long sermons each night. There is a lot of noise from patrons and children at the ground floor restaurant until late each night.

Review 25：It is located close to the pier(which is called Jetty) of Langkawi. The hotel is in Kuah which is downtown of the island. There are few restaurants around serving breakfast and dinner late at night.

Review 37：the place is relatively new, very convenient location to the duty free shops and town centre not to mention main touristic spots. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Although it is only a 2 star hotel, it felt more like a 4 star. Very impressed with the cleanliness and attentiveness when I brought to their attention of a broken window knob which was dealt with.
Review 38：-Over all nothing is a big deal. At night we can hear people cooking at the downstair stall but it doesnt bother us. -Stagnant water in the bathroom after may be because the floor uneven.

Review 46：No wi-fi in the rooms - we had to go down to the lobby to access wi-fi, but even then, connection was choppy/erratic. There are no smoking rooms. Housekeeping walked in on us one early morning to clean our room while we were still in bed, at 9am! She had not been informed that we had checked in the night before. Also, the pillows were square and hard, and the water heater in our room wasn't working properly.
Review 47：It's new, so everything was clean and in perfect condition. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping was daily and we got fresh towels, bottled water, coffee and tea every day. The airport shuttle costs RM15 flat rate, which is cheaper than the local cab rates; they can charge as high as RM45 at night rate.
