Review 1：Service at Monkey In The Middle when ordering pizza, staff did correct an order mistake, but did not communicate it was done or apologize for mistakes & extra wait time. Noises heard from other patrons & what we think was a furnace noise from time to time (a metal banging sound).
Review 2：Fair prices at The Pub. Accessibility of Action City & Chaos Waterpark from hotel rooms. Location away from heavy traffic flow for ease of coming & going from the facility. Coupons for restaurants & attractions/game tickets.
Review 3：The hotel was nicely decorated and seemed very clean. We were able to get a very early check-in which was wonderful. The waterpark and the game area were very nice.
