Review 1：Room wasn't clean. There were some stuff on the chair and the towels had stains on them. During the night you could hear some strange noises. It's just not the quality you expect in a 4 star hotel.

Review 3：Extremely poor wifi. How it is possible?! Nowadays there a lot of network companies who can offer different inhouse wifi systems for different needs. Hope they will fix it. Otherwise it is place to return.

Review 7：- wifi connection was not stable - breakfast had very limited choices and only one choice of warm food per person, for instance if one orders boiled egg, then can't order fried egg. - walking distance from the hotel to the old town is far, 50 minutes walking time - felt uncomfortable sleeping on sofa bed as linen was pretty thin, so felt hard springs

Review 8：Hotel rating 4 stars. Yes maybe there was 4 stars when they launched 20 years ago. Air condition system doesn't work. Door lock card needed to change 3-5 times daily. First room was with view to someone garden with trash (don't forget it 4 star hotel). Every day you will need to ask for new wi-fi password. Breakfast terrible.

Review 16：Unfortunately, You will not be able to pay by card, You will have to pay by cash. Also, bank payment either before the stay, nor after the stay will be not optional. Secondly, if You are looking for peace and quietness, You will feel disappointed. During the stay, there was two (!) weddings held at the same time. Thirdly, the staff needs huge acknowledgement about communicating with hosts. Maybe the barmen (elderly man) was the only one who was kind and polite during the stay. Oh, and if you're expecting clean bathroom, i have to say that bathroom is punky (covered by mycotoxins, black disgusting mucus).

Review 17：Perhaps the only comforting thing was the bed and really dark curtains. Also the view from the balcony is quite nice. Restaurant has really delicious food to offer but not for breakfast.

Review 18：We booked a 3 Person room, we received a 2 Person room with Guest Bed. Room was very small. Also to put a family with a 3 yo child directly into a room next to elevator is not really clever. Further on there was a wedding party and they did not see a reason to close middeldoor to make it a little bis silent. We were asking 2 times in advance for a room with balcony , they simply ignored it. But they were fast in telling that dog cost 15€

Review 20：my 212 room hasn't airconditioner, not good bed and very old and small TV. The breakfast is very poor and can order just on thing from list. You can't order eags with sosige, just one things of them :). The internet some times dosen't work! some stuff can't speak in Russian.

Review 35：Still very nice, clean and pleasant hotel. Great residential place close to the downtown Kaunas. Really spacious rooms with working table, armchairs and closet. Big bathrooms with bidet and full bathtub. Great sound isolation in the rooms. Great restaurant.

Only 17 channels compared to other. 4 star in Kaunas in citywhere you get at least over. 30. Bar service closes too early in myopinion and food last order is at 10 which for tourists is poor andfrustrating. Also flood lights come off , which is sad as it'sbeautiful to mAtch the forest in night especially when your sleepingoverlooking the balcony .

Review 53：I'm not a fan of lithuania or Kaunas especially but that's why Iloved this hotel as your away from it . This hotel is quite lovelylocation with guests from Europe , Asia and other continents whichespecially makes it lovely as linthanian people are not the friendliestpeople. . But the staff are ever so nice welcoming and the restaurantfood is amazing quality , a little expensive as the quantity of foodisn't a lot but you can't complain unless you want to go to citycentre where I don't think you would especially at night . 5 to 10mins walk there a nice gym sauna which is nice . The room I had was abalcony room which over sees the forest park. . Advised anyone stayinghere to get a balcony room it will be worth your stay. . This hotel alsois a family hotel and if your looking to come and expecting it to belike hilton hotel or others just forget it . It's very peaceful anda very nice nice atmosphere. It's romantic for couples and even byyourself to get away from stress or busy life . Only downer here was thebar shuts a little too late and last orders are at 10pm which is sad .

Review 54：4 stars hotel should have coffee and tea making facilities. Room ( junior suite) was big and had balcony but could be cleaner. Price for Kaunas is on the higher side but for sure not worth the money they charge just because its 4* hotel. Not even sure when it was checked because it wouldn't even make 2* if this hotel was in different country. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was €20 per night.

Review 55：Location is good. Enough parking spaces infront of hotel. Staff great, came early and did not have to wait for check in time. Food in the restaurant was great.

Review 59：Misunderstanding with the room. We booked a tripple room with a balcony and we were promissed to get it with approval in writing from the hotel. Unfortunatelly, when we arrived, we got a room without a balcony and with one big bed (there was no third bed in the room). When we requested it as well as the promissed balcony in the reception, the girl asked to present the written mail in order to ascertain that they had really promissed it. We did it. The girl with sorrow and pain in the face found out that all the tripple rooms with balconies are busy and had to give us the room on the last floor with big terrace.. It was great until the moment of breakfast next morning. When we arrived (breakfast was from 9 to 11 and we arrived and 9:50), there was almost nothing to eat. Just some cereal and tomatoes. Later the girl brought some pieces of cheese and meat.. but it was so poor that we didn't even understand - can we take it or it is not for the guests.. While having coffee with bread, we found out that some guests got a hot menu with choice of sausage & eggs or pancakes. But nobody offered us the menu (alhtough it was offered for the guests who came even later than we). The girl at the restaurant did not tell us any word at all. We called this experience - intellectual surprises of Kauna. P.S. The third bed in the room was extremelly squeqy small sofa.. However, the large bed was quite comfortable.

Review 65：The main fault of this hotel is that it is located on the verge of a steep slope and you have to descend several sets of steps to reach the building. That means that hauling in the luggage can be very uncomfortable. I suggest they should hire somebody to do it for guests. Also, during our stay the room was a bit cold, but that depends of the weather I think. Also we could have made use of some robes in the room.

Review 66：This was our second time at this hotel. It's good value for money, quite convenient, if travelling by car. The room was spacious, with garden/park view, small seating area and a comfortable very clean bathroom that has a in-bathtub shower and even bidet. Bathroom amenities included. The place is quiet and has a nice restaurant. Beds were comfortable (although that can't be said for the child's extra bed). Breakfast was ample, has lots of choices and very tasty, including some local delicacies as devilled eggs topped with herring. We will definitely go back in the future.
