Review 1：The unpleasant smell from one of the baths.

Review 2：The personnel of this hotel was very kind and hospitable. They will make that you will feel as you are at home.

Review 3：Lots of noise outside and the bed had a sheet to sleep on with a spare sheet folded at the foot of the bed. The room seriously needed updating and was not like the photos online. Wifi was intermittent.

Review 7：We stayed 4 nights during Exit festival and we were so disappointed.First of all the hotel was dirty, the room was not clean properly while staying, the bathroom stinks so bad, when you come back after they clean the room the smell is disgusting, and we found a big spider having fun in our shower.Housekeeping broke in the room while we were sleeping without even knocking the door.There was no hot water, we called reception and they claimed hotel was full and everybody was showering at that particular time so there was not enough hot water for all the rooms, so we had to shower with cold water for 4 days.I asked for a second key for the room and I was told the hotel was full so they don't have extra key cards.In our last night the room was not clean until at least 18:30 pm, when we come back at night we found the area around the lifts full of laundry drying there.Housekeeping took our bed linen and left the new one on the bed for us, we called reception asking if there's anybody who can come and make our bed, (as since we stay in a hotel is the minimum you can expect) but the lady on reception said they finish their shift at 18:00 and they can come at 6am but no one can come before that. So we had to make our own bed and to our surprise, the bed linen we were given was dirty, we had to call the rude lady in reception again and ask for clean ones, at the beginning she didn't understand and said she already told me there's no one to make my bed. At the end the security guy came up to bring some bed linen, challenging my boyfriend saying those sheets we had looked clean to him... and he brought single sheets for a double bed, so I had to call again and explain how single sheets don't fit on double beds. Security guy came back with the new bed linen claiming he already told my boyfriend he was bringing two sheets and he was ok with that, and asked if we need something else cause he had to be downstairs.

Review 9：Quality and cleanliness did not match the price point at all. The lock on the door also did not work so housekeeping entered 3 times in 1 hour while I was in the room.

Review 11：The air conditioning was not working and they did not repair it even though I asked it several times. The toilet was not clean when I entered the room.

Review 13：Although it was a 3-star hotel, we expected a little more of it. Room had dirty walls, dirty carpets and dirty windows. Shower was full of fungi. There were stains on towels. Yuck! The breakfast was sooo poor. Besides that, much bigger problem was the noise. The traffic (esp. the truck that cleans the street) was so loud that we woke up several times during the night. Along with that, a cleaning lady started vacuuming the hallway for more than 30 min with the vacuum cleaner from the 50's. The cleaner created such noise that it felt like she was vacuuming right near our ears (and believe me, I am not exaggerating).

Review 16：Location is perfect. Just a few steps to main pedestrian zone. Quality of sleep was also perfect. The room was clean and quiet. Red painted wall looks really good there. This hotel reminds on good old European 3 star hotels, tucked in, elegant and affordable. I would gladly recommend it.

Review 17：Found a dead cockroach under the bed when I was looking for my phone. Room looked nothing like the pictures - in a bad way. Room was dirty and dingy. Bathroom was gross, mildew and stains everywhere.

Review 19：By the looks of it, it seems that it used to be a great hotel a few years ago, now it looks rather run down and dirty. Guests have to put on their own duvet covers (supplied by the hotel) and we noticed there were blood spots on our duvet! Bathroom smelled very funky, and the carpets, walls and floor had all sorts of marks on them. Breakfast had plenty to choose from but despite the "no smoking" signs on the tables the restaurant was stinking like an ashtray, rather offputting early in the morning.

Review 20：Location is excellent, right at the heart of the city, very easy to find. View from our room was great, over the old town. Shower was very nice, with two showerheads to choose from. Staff is nice and helpful.

Review 27：The decor is dated and in places is in poor condition. Our room was only cleaned every other day. Corridors were also not very clean. The breakfast was rather basic, although satisfactory. Like much of Serbia there was still a smoking section in the breakfast room. Music was playing in the corridors two nights, audible in the rooms. The air conditioning was working but not that effective.

Review 28：Staff were very friendly and really polite and helpful. The hotel is one of the best located for central Novi Sad.

Review 29：The state of the hotel and the rooms were slightly disappointing. But as we stayed here just after Exit festival we assume they were still recovering from that. The bed itself was clean but it's details like the outer side of the washing basin and walls that needed a bit more attention.

Review 91：Hotel centrally located a minutes walk from the city centre, and the start of the Semi-marathon. Spacious and light airy room with all necessary facilities. The friendly and cooperative staff allowed me to extend my check-out time to allow me to shower and change after the run.

Review 100：I loved the lounge area as I could always meet my friends there for a drink or coffee and we could sit there any time of the day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe as I could leave my Cell phone unattended on charge for hours in the lounge area and no one would touch it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Novi Sad as the hotel is central and it is in the heart of all the stunning clothing shops and it's a street away from all the night life, bars and clubs etc. I had an awesome stay at Putnik Hotel :)
