Reviews for Oura View Beach Club
Review 1:Wifi in room is extra charge. Sauna, jacuzzi and gym extra charge. It should be included in hotel package.
Review 2:Very good holiday location for summer and beach. Good breakfast buffet. Nice indoor swimming pool. The sea view from 6th floor and above is amazing.
Review 3:Poor welcome pack in room - no instructions to work cooker (never did figure it out), the wonderful view from the balcony could only be enjoyed standing up - when you sat down all you could see was a brick wall. As a heart patient most of the food on offer was not possible. Struggled to find healthy food options.
Review 4:close to beach, close to shops, very friendly staff, very clean, rooms immaculate. This hotel chain owes alot to its staff - hope they appreciate them.
Review 5:We were disappointed at the shortage of things to do outside the hotel
Review 6:We liked the special offer to upgrade to all inclusive at a reasonable and the evening entertainment
Review 7:Beds too small and not very comfortable, and although it states an oven and stove top it is not, it is only microwave with combination oven
Review 8:Location good, sea view, large rooms, entertainment. Happy hours
Review 9:Although I knew before I arrived, disappointed that the gym was not free.
Review 10:Location was great. Staff very helpful for any questions asked. Facilities and appartment were excellent. Easy walking distance to restraunts and shops. 4.85 euros taxi to old town. Would stay again. Highly recommend Donaldos for food, just a 2 min walk from the exit on the 6th floor.
Review 11:This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel everything was perfect with one exception. I felt it was let down a little with the quality of the food in the buffet restaurant. Last year the sky bar was used and the food was excellent this year it was the aqua restaurant and I felt the atmosphere was flat and the food not as good but overall a fantastic time was had.
Review 12:The apart hotel needs quite a lot of maintenance. eg many cracked tiles in the apartment in particular the bathroom. We asked for a double bed, which was advertised, and got twin beds. No problem they were made into a double with suitable bottom sheet, and top flat sheet but the rest of the bed made up with single quilts and bed spreads. These were not comfortable. We paid for unsuccessful internet connection but we got our money back.
Review 13:The hotel position is great, the staff very pleasant. The bar, when it opened early evening did a happy hour until 9-00pm.The rooms had air conditioning-for hot or cold use. There is TV with many programmes including BBC 1 & 2, ITV and Sky News.
Review 14:The leisure centre was a disappointment. Tiny changing area. The pool is free for guests, but a surcharge of €6 for the Jacuzzi and €6 for the sauna is a bit of a rip off..
Review 15:Good clean hotel with great sea views in a good location.
Review 16:Communication pre-hols very poor. Some staff gave us incorrect info on fees for NYear etc. Customer service lost my receipt & tried to charge me twice for NY eve. Small G & T plus small lemonade cost 9.50 euros. Local spirits a bit cheaper but make sure you ask specifically for the local ones. Flex on kettle 4" long didn't reach to the counter when plugged in, had to use trivet out of microwave (self catering room 911). Microwave smelled awful had to give it a really good clean out before I used it. Restaurant in sister hotel up the road, The Clube & daytime restaurant outside by Oura View pool, (here starters are ok, mains some good some not so good, afters good, coffee very sweet). Need to know this before you go so you know in winter you need good shoes/coat etc to wear. Annoying having to go outside all the time for food. Lacking in information, had to keep asking questions all the time. We were not given a key for the patio until we overheard someone else being given one when they arrived, I had to ask for one, that was four days after we arrived. First maid really good at making beds, second maid was appalling, just threw sheets back over. TV at 90degree angle to bed so not very relaxing trying to watch it. Think they had beds facing the view of pool and beach, however, if you are lying on the bed you cant see them anyway over the patio wall, so be much better being able to watch tv instead. Had to lug heavy suitcase down two flights of stairs to room 911, but what they don't tell you is that you can use the lift in reception and go through the car park underground then use the ramps to go into the room via patio. We figured that the maid didn't lug her trolley down the stairs and there must be a way to the main building. Explore!! The bed was the lumpiest I ever slept in and very soft. Personal preference, but I had a bad back for 3 days. Pretty useless when it comes to customer service really, in my opinion.
Review 17:Location was good, however, would not go in the summer as it would be too noisy for us. Guess it depends on your age that though. Lots of bars and eateries around. Staff at hotel were pleasant, mostly. New Years eve was good once we had found out all the information we needed and the staff were very attentive on the night. Entertainment, was live musician and dancers. Jacks restaurant at the Clube up the road is very good and was good value. Ricks bar on the main road in the centre is good food and good value, does an all day uk breakfast for 4 euros. Meals are average 8.50 euros over New Year.
Review 18:I would have liked wifi in the room if possible as standard. The price off 7 euro per day or 21 euro for the week was only to connect one device. If I am paying a charge then I expect unlimited devices
Review 19:Location was great and the friendliness of the staff was brilliant. Room was adequate and the hotel was more than I'd hoped for
Review 20:Food wasn't so great but i think that's because was off season period. Been there for christmas
Review 21:nice spot, every apartment has a sea view and the rooms are huge! the place is on a beautiful beach and nearby you can find any shop you need, supermarket, pubs, bar, shops, restaurant and so on. Highly recommended
Review 22:Although close to The Strip it was a 25 minute walk to the old town. We were on the second floor but the entertainment came loudly through the floor.
Review 23:Kitchenette was well stocked and even had a dishwasher. Spacious rooms.
Review 24:Hotel/apartment near Albufeira. A large complex, complete with swimming pools (in/outside), view on the beach, supportive staff. If you like you can join the music sessions during the evening or make use of the buffet/breakfast which they optional offering. We were located on the 8th floor with a splendid view on the sea and beach. Is about 20 minutes walking to the old centre You can also take a cab (located ± 200m from the complex), which cost you around € 4. Their are many restaurants located nearby, but many of them are closed outside the season. You can rent a car in the hotel, or nearby, which is outside the season very cheap. During the high season this will be a crowded place/town, outside this time frame we can recommend this place, and will probably return during the next years, we enjoined our stay here..
Review 25:Bed mattresses need a change. Preferred eating at the nearby mall because of the local variety than eat at the hotel restaurant, which was too touristic.
Review 26:Very spacious and clean. Excellent location.
Review 27:Really can't complain about Oura because it is exactly what you would expect plus a little more for the price. Beware the tours as you can get them at a much cheaper price!
Review 28:Ideal for us at this time of year (December). The room was a lovely size albiet tired due to age but it had everything required for our stay. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good at excellent value. The pool area looked lovely and it is right on the sandy beach
Review 29:Bit disappointing to have lunch and dinner in the cafeteria. Not very festive. People in shorts for dinner. Would have thought a bit more style...
Review 30:Was a great stay. Changed our day for Christmas to the Sister Hotel. Great service and atmosphere. Food and drink excellent. 10 times better!!
Review 31:They charge you for every little thing (access to the gym, indoor pool must have a swimming cap)
Review 32:The room was nice, the beach was nice and the staff were all kind.
Review 33:The entire hotel looked a bit 'old and tired' ... Could do with a facelift.
Review 34:The staff were very nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good value for money and well prepared and presented.
Review 35:Pool was closed during 3 days of our visit...and we didn't know we could use facilities at sister hotel. The noise outside our Balcony was terrible from staff and deliveries. Also the bar staff were very rude and bar closes at 11 pm! So if you fancy a later drink after having a meal out forget going here cause you won't get one. Lots of Guests are all inclusive in this complex so you still get charged top prices for drinks even though they give you the same spirits as the all inclusive guests. Most of the guests are older so nothing to do for people with younger children and it's a massive Time share.
Review 36:Location of Oura View on the beach front was amazing and the small resort next to it. Cleanliness of apartment was amazing
Review 37:Everything that could go wrong went wrong. Staff is trying to please, but clearly the hotel is focused on supplying a cheap service. Breakfast is very disappointing. We stayed before in this hotel but it is clear that the take-over by Muthu has not done any good.
Review 38:Food was reasonable quality but quickly became samey, hotel advertised theme nights but this didn't follow through into the kitchen. Also only allowed plastic glasses at the bar as on all inclusive, maybe the bar staff could be allowed to use their discretion.
Review 39:Location is awesome, on a lovely beach with rocky paths and secret coves. One bedded apartment was well sized and the sofa beds had proper matresses which was a plus.
Review 40:Our room was a little dirty nothing major just little things. The fridge was turned off and smelled when we arrived and it took hours for it to get cold again. We had to bring our room towels down to the pool then didnt have enough towels to use for showers and because they are all the same towels the swim towels were getting mixed up with the bath towels.
Review 41:The views were amazing. The staff was very nice. The place had almost everything you would ever need in the complex. Very close to the beach and an awesome swimmimg pool outside.
Review 42:The bathtub scratching, the water yellow and smelly, the spa installations for a fee (including the cap for €5 for the pool). The wifi for €7 a day. No minimum stuff for the kitchen (salt, pepper, etc.).
Review 43:The incredible view! (Apartment on the 7th floor). Kitchen well equipped (for utensils).
Review 44:1. no shuttle even though ordered through Booking.com and backed by personal e/mail request. Needed a taxi at 60 euros verses 25 for shuttle. Front desk staff was dismissive !! "should have been booked through our phone no...not booking.com" 2. beds very uncomfortable, need to be upgraded. 3. Fitness club....dingy and dreary...requires overhaul, brightness
Review 45:Location very good. Very good view Easy to get around; i.e. location good eating facilities friendly staff
Review 46:Apartment is not sound proof, we could hear the people next door have conversations, meal times and moving furniture, not good when they were getting up at 7am every morning and we were on holiday trying to have a rest.
Review 47:The apartment was lovely, view is amazing, bed very comfortable.
Review 48:I booked an excursion, it was early departure so had to be up at 4am to get the coach for 5.30am. It was dark and I waited by myself for a coach that didn't arrive. I went back to the hotel and they said sorry, the trip had been cancelled the day before but staff did not inform me. Sorry didn't seem enough. I also ordered a burger and requested no sauce. I waited an hour for it to arrive, only to find it had sauce. When I rang reception, they said sorry, could order me another but would take another hour! I wasn't prepared to wait, I was offered no refund and burger went in the bin and I went to bed hungry.
Review 49:Maid service was excellent. View from the room was excellent.
Review 50:Staff on reception were slow at best, long queues to get basis information. During our stay we had a powercut and staff were not quick to inform on what was happening, 3 days lifts out of order and staff didn't have a clue when this would be fixed. Had to carry luggage from the 8th floor. Paid for wi-fi in the room but this was rubbish, slow speeds and waste of money
Review 51:Hotel was in a fantastic location and room was kept clean throughout our stay.
Review 52:I Had a massage in hotel, while the massage was great and a good price the outside area was very noisy so not very relaxing.
Review 53:Great value for money, close to beach and shops.
Review 54:We paid for 4 x sea view deluxe apartments. The one on the ground floor barely had a view at all. The ones on the 1st floor had minute views. We asked to be moved but they said they were full. There was hardly anyone there? My apartment was not cleaned at all, just towel change and emptying the bin at 5pm.The pool area wasn't cleaned either during our 4 day stay.
Review 55:It is right on the beach front and the pool is really nice with loads of beds.
Review 56:Only late check-in and early checkout (10.30) possible. When I inquired about the possibility of a later checkout, I was told that they couldn't accommodate this as they were fully booked - this was clearly a lie, as it was still possible to book a room that day on booking.com and it was the off season.
Review 57:Very spacious apartments. Good value for money, especially if staying for a longer period. Near beach. Access to facilities at sister properties. Servers at restaurant were attentive.
Review 58:Apartment clean and comfortable. ....no view just a brick wall ......out side furniture very very bad just one sun lounger which was absolutely filthy impossible to think about sunbathing on the patio.
Review 59:Our accommodation was excellent with a wonderful pool and sea view. Staff were helpful and friendly. Although Oura View was located in the more lively end of Albufeira, the complex was well set back from the main thoroughfare and offered peace and quiet as well as plenty for young families and couples to do.
Review 60:The bar was closed. It would have been nice to perhaps sit in the lounge for a drink occasionally.
Review 61:Clean apartment - close access to pool, beach, restaurants and bars.
Review 62:Felt that we were mis-led by the hotel when we were asked to take advantage of their all inclusive deal. It said that we could have a choice of buffet or from the menu and there was no choice, it was buffet only. In addition, AI alcohol was only served from 12pm-10.30pm and this was not pre-advised. Were refused to be served double measures by one member of bar staff and all drinks were served in plastic glasses. However, it would not put us off returning to this hotel.
Review 63:The location of the property is excellent with great facilities. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Review 64:Additional fee for internet in the room and for use of the safe! Washing machine available, but 4 euro to wash and 4 Euros to dry, expensive!
Review 65:Swimming pool, place, near the beach, kitchen with all you need, very clean
Review 66:They did not overly help those who wanted to travel independently. When we asked for a local bus timetable, the receptionist didn't have a clue which was disappointing. I also think the wifi could do with working in the apartments, especially as it was equipped with a router but it didn't work.
Review 67:The apartment was clean, spacious and had a lovely view over the pool area and the sea. It was close to a number of bars and restaurants but far enough away from the noise of the "strip". I also liked how they provided a free bus service to and from the old town, however on a nice day it is easily walkable.
Review 68:The place looked a little bit shabby to when I used to stay a few years ago. Needed a bit of a tidy up.
Review 69:The staff were great and very helpful. THe closeness to the beach and restaurants.
Review 70:Poor that the restaurant and bar next to reception were closed-meant that there was no central place to meet , very deserted at night. It used have been a good place to chat to other guests, important to me,as a solo traveller.Reason? Told they didn't have enough staff.. Apartment still fine, but a bit tired, especially the kitchen.
Review 71:The view, and the location, very near to the sea
Review 72:A Superior apartment is less than superior... In fact it isn't superior to any other apartment type. This is the most basic type of apartment...quite misleading! No bed linen changes in a whole week..which is a Recent change. Probably a change of policy, since the take over? Very much a self catering standard rather than a hotel, when previously it was more of an aparthotel, and fell somewhere in between. Overall a good holiday though and local staff work hard to please. Thank you!
Review 73:Ladies on reception are lovely, and very helpful, as were the cleaners too. Location is great! Weather was superb, which always helps. Thank you!
Review 74:We arrived in the evening and on arrival we were told we were being upgraded to our surprise we were upgraded to the Algarve suite what an amazing room. The hotel was very clean the staff were very helpful , we never used the bar or restaurant but they did look good .All in all a wonderful stay
Review 75:Bed was very uncomfortable and they only cleaned the room once during the 5 day stay.
Review 76:The reception staff was very nice and helpful. Location is perfect for people looking for a busy nightlife.
Review 77:Spa closed on Sunday's Also booked a deluxe double and it was a twin room? But wasn't fussed by it at all
Review 78:Could fault anything except the weather
Review 79:Access to the pool was a bit tricky (had to use a lot of stairs and elevators). At the beginning was a strange and distrurbing smell in the apartment. The hotel was a bit dirty in some places.
Review 80:We stayed in Algarve suite, the apartment has wonderful sea views, it's spacious, with a large balcony, with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel has very good location, close to many restaurants and shops. Pools are big and beautiful views of the sea. Albufeira old town is also very close (~2km).
Review 81:The kitchen was uncomfortable, too tiny for a flat this size, no washing machine. It felt like it was only meant to be used for breakfasts, and only one person could be in it at a time as its so tiny.
Review 82:Location was amazing, apartment spacious and comfortable
Review 83:We had booked a Deluxe room with Sea-pool view ( with double bed) the first night we were given an apt (with two single beds) and our view was a tree in the side of the cliff. I naturally informed reception immediately but was told to come to reception the following morning which I did! They eventually gave us an apt on the ground floor ( which had just had tenants check out from and was being cleaned by cleaner at the time?? It was grand at least had the sea-pool view but meant that we had lost out on 1night especially because our trip was short anyway only (5nghts)
Review 84:The location is fabulous, right on a beautiful beach with a lovely restaurant on beachfront.
Review 85:The smell, the old furniture, the very rude staff. I have booked a roomwith a sea view and instead received a room with no view and was forcedto pay for it.
Review 86:The moment I left the hotel
Review 87:After booking a double room, I was surprised when the hotel put us in a twin room. The Receptionist said the hotel didn't really have double rooms, mainly all twin beds. Not ideal for couples. Luckily they did find us a double room but we had to sacrifice our balcony.
Review 88:The Location was excellent, really close to the beach and the strip. Lovely outdoor pool, with sea views.
Review 89:The location was ideal for the beach and later on in the evening for the nightlife.I liked the way the lift to the 6th floor practically takes you out to the strip
Review 90:Everything from the room to the pool to the staff were amazing no complaints at all came back and within an hour has booked another trip for May. In love with this place and will visit for many years to come
Review 91:The plain of glass on all the tables is awful. They are too easily broke. If someone was traveling with kids, the kids could really get hurt. There is no need whatsoever for the glass. One of my party got injured from the glass and required 7 stitches.
Review 92:Location, Pool, Staff,
Review 93:The apartment could do with some service, only small things though, like loose tiles and a dripping crane.
Review 94:Great location. Nice swimming pool. Close to beach. Child friendly. Very welcoming and smily staff.
Review 95:Doors were a bit noisy at night with groups coming back from bars. Cleaning smell was a bit overpowering if you were in the flat while they were cleaning. Nothing major
Review 96:The location was perfect, cleaning staff came in everyday, reception staff very helpful, beach was a short walk from the front of the hotel, the strip was a very short walk at the back of the hotel...couldn't have been in a better location.
Review 97:Beds were uncomfortable plus pillows not good, and needed duvets
Review 98:Pool, beach, access to restaurants, 2 bedroom facility was great with 2 ensuite bathrooms, kitchen had all necessary equipment, dishes, cutlery
Review 99:Was a little disappointed our apt wasn't pool view. Those are reserved for timeshare guests apparently. But it had nice sea view.
Review 100:Perfect for a group of friends. Pool brilliant for relaxing during the day. Apt really spacious.
Review 101:Booked all inclusive, lunch and dinner were awful. Dinner limited to 2 selections and vegetarian. Example...2 mushroom caps fried in batter with French fries. Completely understaffed and were given wrong information constantly. Called by reception at 920 am....after a night of partying. No staff available after 12 and no emergency line. A fight broke out at 2 am and there was nobody in attendance at the hotel!!! Cleaning is non existent you have to fight for more towels.
Review 102:View of the ocean
Review 103:Rooms were smelly and prety dirty. Wi-fi wasn't free although presented like that and was realy poor anyway. The safe from the room wasn't free also, and I don't understand why!
Review 104:Incredible location! Beautiful place, unforgetable! I would definetly go back in Albufeira for the picture you have in front of your eyes when you wake up in the morning and go on the balkony!!!
Review 105:the sun beds on the terrace were very worn and soiled but they were quite comfortable but I would not be able to class them as superior which is how you described the apartment. Bathroom fittings were old (tiles cracked etc.) but everything worked and we had clean towels every day.
Review 106:the position of the hotel was great, quiet with direct access to the beautiful beach and close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped and we could get BBC 1 and 2 and ITV on a nice sized television. It was a very big apartment with a large terrace but did not have a sea view as we were on the ground floor.
Review 107:only thing that lets them down is answering the reception phone and when asked to clean the room it didn't happen
Review 108:Very good location, staff very helpful and easy to understand
Review 109:Nothing! The hotel rooms were truly awful. Aged, cheap, dirty... The list really does go on. Most of all it was noisy.
Review 110:Unfortunately nothing. I would not stay here again.
Review 111:room decor could do with a make over
Review 112:The location and the pool area and also surrounding shops and the fresh smell of croissants in the morning from the hotel shop
Review 113:Quite near the strip so were some pretty loud people stumbling around the hotel at 4am, house keeping was limited.
Review 114:Lovely apartment with amazing panoramic sea views, great location just on the beach.
Review 115:Although you have the best views, the rooms are older and in need of refreshing. You need to pay for Wifi if you want it in your room, but DON'T -- it doesn't work and when it rarely does is VERY slow.
Review 116:The Oura Beach Club is a very large facility, too large….but, it is the BEST location in Albuferira if you're there to enjoy the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the check in desk. Basically, you're renting a apartment, so there will be no one in to clean/straighten your room. The room is actually like a condo. We had two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living room and large narrow long balcony with a fabulous view on the 7th floor for just the two of us. The apartment/facility itself is old and it shows, but it is very clean. We stayed two nights. Wifi is NOT free, except in lounge areas, OR you can buy it daily---DON'T!!! The wifi is horrible, they did end up reimbursing us for it. We have stayed in many small boutique hotels that offer such FAST free wifi, we were amazed that such a large establishment had so many problems and complaints with it. We did not use the pool area, but it was beautiful. It did look like you'd have to get your towels out there early if you want a spot. The beach is right next to the pool. A beautiful beach, with warmer water in this region, and beautiful beach caves and tide pools which you can explore when the tides are out (we HIGHLY recommend doing this). We rented lounges and umbrellas and enjoyed the beach to it's fullest. We did not pay for the buffet at this hotel, we opted to eat out. The restaurants along the beach have great menus and the prices are low. We'd recommend eating at these restaurants with lovely coastal views as opposed to the city strip which looks like a poor attempt to be a Las Vegas strip. There are a few restaurants on the main street that have some great menus, but the portions are on the small side. We would probably look at other options if we were to return to this area again.
Review 117:Studio 300 not great and definitely not worth the price paid.Small bathroom. Shower unit too small and not clean. Water slow to drain from shower. Balcony a disgrace. Not clean. No canopy on rusty frame Cigarette butts and ashes every morning from overhead studio..Leak in kitchen sink on first day. Pool of water on floor.
Review 118:Good appliances eg fridge, kettle, toaster. Good tv.
Review 119:Liked everything. People friendly, bars and clubs brilliant in new town and old town perfect to stay your night off
Review 120:Great location for bars and clubs... 6 minutes in a taxi for old town... Old town has the best food places. I wouldn't waste time in the new town for food. New town perfect for your night out, old town perfect for eating out.
Review 121:Only down side for me was that the wifi only worked in the reception and the "booking sunbeds by placing your towel on it", seems to be actively encouraged and consequently, lots of the sunbeds are left unused for hours on end because someone has decided they want to put their towel on it.
Review 122:A lovely place to stay with great views over the swimming pool and the sea. Weather is usually fantastic and the staff are very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.
Review 123:The hotel is near the strip but you would never think it!! It's lovely and quiet at night time and 2 minutes walk and access to beach from the hotel!! Pool is great, slides and a diving board!! Staff are very helpful!!
Review 124:only downside was no late checkout. It was a long day in heat waiting for nite time flight. Won't stop us from staying again though
Review 125:This was our 2nd visit to Oura View Beach. Absolutely fab location, very friendly staff, apartment was very clean & spacious, air-con was a God send in the heat & will go back again very soon.
Review 126:Parking, I am disabled there are only two disabled parking places & it seems that anyone can park there, although the staff were very good & wrote stickers that we could put on the cars, that helped. I did'nt like looking at a blank wall from our room which was 631 the first room we were offered was certainly not up to standard, & we were given a choice of a further two, one already had people in it !! I felt it took a long time to get to the pool especially being disabled, but after all said & done we had a lovely holiday
Review 127:The friendly staff, The area where the hotel is just perfect, far enough away from the strip, & not at all noisey
Review 128:Limited space around the pool for sun loungers, they are all fixed to ground so not able to move to follow the sun in many positions. Wrist bands for residents, however never checked and saw many around pool without, so suspect many non residents taking up limited sun beds. Kitchen could be supplied with small things like, salt and pepper. Disappointed having to pay for room safe and room Wi-Fi
Review 129:Great pool and close to beach, we were lucky with a good quite room with balcony facing the setting sun with side view of sea. Good spacious room with good kitchen
Review 130:At arrival we found we had been given an apartment instead of a room, and the view was not what we had paid for, although it was a very good appartment. We went rhere for a very special celebration, and the view was important. We were told it was a wrong translation by booking (lie) The truth was it was full. It's a very expensive place not to get what you booked! No wifi and little cleaning service.
Review 131:The location is perfect. The room size is good. All the area is very nice.
Review 132:You had to be up and down by thew pool by 9.00 sharp in order to get a chance of a sun bed - you need to have more beds for guests. The apartment block was very noisy with lots of 'people' coming to an apartment below in the middle of the night and banging doors.
Review 133:The pool was lovely and great for kids
Review 134:One Lift was broken so daily trek to the pool became very tedious. Had to queue for sunbeds by 9am every morning, not good! Hotel clearly over subcribed & guests from sister hotels using our pool . Wifi reception poor & local taxi service practically non existent. Gym v small & not up to much (& no AC).
Review 135:Excellent location for strip & beach, very nice apartment (suite), great pool for the kids, indoor pool, jacuzzi & whole place spotlessly cleaned every day. Friendly staff.
Review 136:Beds are horrible and small, I have read reviews of all bathrooms stink and they do, but I am a plumber by trade and had an inspection, the problem is no sanitary appliance has a trap of any form, so sewerage smells come straight back into the bathrooms.
Review 137:The pool was great, although a life guard should be there, as the amount of children was immense. The beach is situated right next door and was lovely. The restaurants on the promenade were amazing and food was divine.
Review 138:The apartment was quite dated, especially the bathroom however had everything we needed and as I said was clean and comfortable so good value for money in my opinion.
Review 139:With an amazing view the apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable at an excellent location right on the strip. Easy access to the beach and a nice big pool to use. The poolside bar and food was good and reasonably priced and even had a bouncy castle for kids, that our toddler loved.
Review 140:The whole holiday was perfect for us, the apartment, pool, staff and other holiday makers were all lovely. The fact that the apartment was so close to all facilities really made it great, we would definately recommend this to others and have every intention of returning to it.
