Review 1：No bar fridge is provided to chill beers that commonly available in Langkawi. Breakfast is horrible
Review 2：Located at town centre, clean, Cowell hot & cold water dispenser, friendly counter service
Review 3：Pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. when requested for extra pillows the staff never even got back to us if it is available or not. Breakfast was very much the same for the 3 days we stayed.
Review 4：THE STAFF ATTITUDE. we have problem to open our door and we told them before we go out the door already have some problem the staff said why dont you tell us earlier, now only you want to tell us that the door got problem.

Review 7：The hotel has good facilities. It is an easy walk into Kuah town although a taxi ride from the jetty. It provides a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
Review 8：The WiFi was painfully slow and there is no proper cupboard for clothes. Having a safe in the room would be a nice addition. But fortunately the staff was kind enough to let me keep my laptop PC at the reception. The breakfast choice was not great- just a few simple choices only.
Review 9：The Family Room was large, brightly lit, new, spotless and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean with modern fittings and good water pressure. This is at least a 4-star standard hotel at a 3-star hotel's price. Excellent value for money especially if you consider the price also includes breakfast.
Review 10：The bedsheet suspected not change coz have minyak angin smell. Booking thru booking.com is the same rate as their hotel publish rate. Meaning no discount. Very Frustrated .
