Review 1：Could not book online, wouldn't load and found out I could not use my UWEC parent discount because I did not go through the hotel directly.

Review 2：Very comfy bed and peaceful nights rest.

Review 3：Air conditioner outside room in hall was broken, patch jobs on the walls could be seen thoughout, children under 6 in the hot tub, and breakfast options were very limited.

Review 4：The breakfast area was packed, there was no place to sit. Parents did not seem to supervise their children who ran and climbed all over.

Review 5：It was a comfortable room, and at least it wasn't too close to the pool area which was very loud in the evening.

Review 6：The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Through the hall, plates with food (half eaten) were in the hall sitting there. The pool was dirty. The free breakfast didn't taste good.

Review 26：My room was in the west wing. The room must have originally had an exterior door which now has an enclosed hallway outside the room. This means the room window opens to the hallway and not the outside. I closed the shades for privacy. The old building is very evident with cracks in the dry wall and other signs of age.

Review 27：Very nicely decorated for the holidays. The lobby and entrance was well lit and enviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had a new flat screen TV, nice white sheets and bedding, clean, and fair sized.

Review 28：The toilet needed to be fixed. When flushed the water would not fill but keep running. It was running when we came in but we made sure it was off each time we left. Big waste of $$ and resources.

Review 84：we were in town for college orientation. i was not aware the hotel was working with the university and offering discounted rooms. staff would not help or explain why they would not honor the discount for us because we booked on line. it was a $30 difference, the girl at the front desk was not helpful at all. the room was clean, however the hallways had food crumbs and we were unfortunate to be near the entrance where employees smoke so the hallways were STRONG w/ cig smoke. this was the 2nd time we have stayed and due to the lack of customer service we will most likely try a different hotel when we come back to move her into school and visit.

Review 86：Not all rooms luggage cart available. To many areas with 3 steps instead of ramps this means you will be carrying your stuff up stairs.

Review 88：The in-house restaurant was a big disappointment. Service was very slow. People from the free breakfast buffet were eating in the restaurant area. The wait staff seemed distracted or unorganized. Food itself, when it arrived, was hot and tasted good. Unfortunately we had to ask for and wait a good while to get utensils and napkins. No glass of water was offered, etc. etc.
