Review 1：The shower was only dispensing hot water and the staff couldn't fix it, apparently there was a problem with water pressure.

Review 2：The staff was welcoming and I had a pleasant surprise to have received a room upgrade. The room was clean, modern and very quiet. Gym is a bit tired but had all the necessary equipment. Great variety of quality food is a big plus. All in all it is probably the best hotel in Karachi!

Review 13：The hotel had a weekend offer that was 40% lower than the booking.com price, which was not reflected in the booking.com rates. Swimming pool is cooled down to way too chilly. Construction works hoing on even on Sunday morning inside the building. No service at the pool. Would be nice to have someone give you a towel. Way over-priced for what it is. Check-in took 30 minutes, with room change because of key not working ; extremely slow staff at reception.

Review 14：Nice sushi bar. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Very nice tea and cake bistro for afternoons.

Review 15：Asked for king bed, was given a room with two beds joined together - later was changed; rooms are a bit small and don't contain basic things (such as a table to place your room service tray). Facility needs renovation.

Review 27：There's a clear gap between the reservation department and the front desk. They operate as if they are different companies. I had to explain the details (rate, room, etc) repeatedly to the front desk. Obviously, they trusted their reservations back office more than the customer despite having all booking.com documentation on hand. In the end, I was right even though they didn't admit it and I got what was rightfully mine.

Review 35：We checked in late staff was really efficient and we quick to check in, was very happy till we reached to the room and even was thinking to upgrade, upon reaching in the room we felt that we have entered in ice box, my initial thoughts were it is cause aircon were left open to long, we turned off the aircon and even after several hrs room was icy chilled that we started feeling sick we called to engineering team they reponded quick but couldn't fix the problem some how we spent the night then I personally complained about aircon again the engineering staff came but still the room was so cold we ended up checking out early and decided not to extend the stay It suppose to be a 5 star but has no iron board, no hair dryer bad quality toiletries

Review 39：I really did not like the local call charges which was a total surprise to me. Please make sure to carry a cell phone with local sim. The charges of the local phone are ridiculous!
