Review 1：Arriving lat 9.30-10pm we hadn't eaten and there was no where local to get a snack. The hotel had a sign for snacks but didn't have any. Instead we had a beer that had a rusty bottle cap. 10-15 minute walk into town. Ok for us but may not be for others.

Review 2：Rooms clean. Breakfast was good. Comfy beds. Arrived late on the evening and only stayed one night so couldn't use sauna.

Review 3：Wanted to use the sauna which believed was included in the booking but charged €29 an hour!

Review 8：Ideal place to stay in: cozy, comfortable, family oriented, warm personal approach to everybody. Surprisingly big and tasty breakfast (2 euro per person). We've been just before Christmas and the hotel was very nicely decorated. We felt ourself at home.

Review 9：did not open the door in the night, receptionist was maybe sleeping. Had to wait 15-20 min out in the cold, trying to call several numbers. That was not so nice. I understand the locking during the night, but make a key solution for guest for the entrance door.

Review 11：Double size bed has two single duvets and no double size was available; but when we have requested extra bedding staff kindly placed for us. TV screen very small. No space to keep amenities in bathroom, there is only one little glass shelf next to the sink (which was part of broken) and then top shelf above the towel rails only; I believe this can be easily improved. Cleaning team sometimes was noisy outside the room in early mornings.

Review 12：We were nicely surprised that our room was allocated with terrace. Room is quite specious same as bathroom. There is sauna in a hotel available for guests. Breakfast with lots of choices. Cleaning staff doing great job and lovely receptionists 24/7.

Review 13：Only, one problem. Yes I Booking for two, but was only alone. And did check out one day early. May be next can pay for breakfast every day.. If very tired, it is problem do wake up to early.\ Other wise it was OK.

Review 15：We were accommodated in the rooms located right in front of reception which was not comfortable and provided essential noise. I've never seen such location of rooms before. The wall be hid the bed in the room was just polished concrete wall - may be this is the design idea but from my stand point not the best one. The hotel is located in a dark remote area from the city center.

Review 17：Kaunas is somewhat hard to get around until you get a feel for the town. We had a hard time finding the hotel but once we figured out the lay of the land, it is in an excellent location. There is a bus stop a short distance from the hotel that takes you either downtown or close to the Castle in Old Town. AND, it is not that far to walk (and going into town is downhill!). Room was clean, comfortable, and WARM--the heating worked well. Wifi was excellent. Reception staff was very helpful in telling us how to get around. Parking was good. We would stay here again.

Review 18：We had to wait a while to get back in because we were after 12 midnight! After ringing the bell several times waiting we ended up having to phone the hotel to get the receptionists attention to let us in.

Review 28：The hotel was very clean and comfortable. it was a little hard to find but it was just a short walk to the town centre. the receptionist was so helpful she couldn't have done more to help us, there is no tea and coffee facilities in the room, however when I mentioned this she brought coffees up to our room at 4am before our flight! brilliant service!

Try to make baby to sleep when bass is shaking the walls. Called to reception and their response: what can we do, it's a Birthday party.

I haven't been advised well about how to get there and I spent one hour looking for the hotel. - I've been given a room with a single towel, pillow and bed linen, despite the fact that I ordered a double room. However, I received later, the sincere apologies of the hotel, for the mistake which was due to the presence of an inexperienced new person in the staff. - Better have your dinner in the old town, because there is no possibility to eat anything in the evening there.

Review 45：- It costs 3,5 EUR by taxi to get there from Kaunas bus station, although nobody informed me about that from the beginning. - The room is big. There are all kind of facilities : Bathroom, hair dryer, air conditionning, a fridge (with drinks not included in the room price), free internet, a TV with a large range of channels, globally, the room was in an excellent shape and very clean. - The breakfast was quite good.

Review 46：There was one thing that got me a little disappointed but not much. I booked a premium suite which was supposed to have a bath. Nonetheless I got a room with just an ordinary shower.

Review 48：TV veidi väiksevõitu (arvestades ruumi suurust ja vaatamiskaugust). Padjad on imeõhukesed (TV vaatamiseks tuleb tekist seljatagune ehitada). Hommikusöögil oli valikut piisavalt, aga neid toite oleks saanud paremini teha (omlett oli sinakas :I, maitse oli hea). Järgmise päeva keedumunad olid ok. :D

Review 49：Mugav voodi, piisavalt ruumi, rõdu, wifi, dushiruum ja wc olid korralikud. Asukoht hea - saab u 15min jalutades vanalinna, näeb mismoodi kohalikud elavad, kena jalutuskäik. Administraator oli abivalmis (andis küsitud lisapadja).

Review 55：We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. It's modern and comfy, the rooms are clean and tastefully done. The girls at the reception and the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Especially, we'd like to thank Agne (sorry if I spelled it wrong), she was genuinely kind and helpful. We asked for the room with terrace and got one. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, the center is not far (15-20 min or so). If you don't want to walk you can take a bus (ask at the reception), buy ticket from the driver. Breakfast was good. All in all, great place, great experience. only positive vibrations :)

Review 56：The breakfast starts 8 a.m. in the morning on weekends, so we missed the breakfast. Not too many international TV-channels.

Review 57：We had Delux double room what had a big bathroom with a bath and a window and a big private balcony. Very clean and comfty, very friendly and helpful staff. Very good quality bed linen. Location is good, but about 2km walk from the old town.

Review 58：This time hotel administrator forgot to close booking ability when hotel was full and in fact when we come to the hotel there were no free rooms in fact. After that the reception manager decided to show this situation as "no show" at the booking system. Only after I said that I don't agree that I don't come to the hotel manager made some calling and find free room. But unfortunately that was not all: the room was at the 4-th floor without elevator access, the breakfast has been brought to the room with no variety as some conferention took part at the hotel thouse day.

Review 74：In the morning when we came for a breakfast, receptionist said that breakfast was served for one hour shorter and that someone shoud have informed me about that. When I asked how should I know if no one even mentioned that, she again said that breakfast is over. I asked if they are going to give any discount, she said no, because I have already paid in advance. The treament of the client is poor. At least they could asked if I knew about shorter breakfast time, but they explained that as if that was my problem, to get an information about that.

Set in quiet residential area a short taxi ride from the old town and perfectly placed for transfers to the airport. Smart contemporary decor, beautifully clean. Room opened onto a roof terrace where we sat and enjoyed a bottle of wine in peaceful surroundings. I always leave very early so cannot comment on breakfast. No evening meals are available, but plenty of restaurants in old town. Highly recommended.
