Review 1：Differensiert price at Booking.cpm and the hotel. IT was OK, I thinl IT was because og the breakfast. The customer should have been informer about it. Maybe the communication between the hotel and Booking.com should be better.

Review 5：When I booked and checked in, I asked for a handicapped accessible room for my mom who is in a wheelchair. We were still given a room where my mom needed to get out of wheelchair and go up a few steps to get to room 119. Front office staff was not welcoming too. During breakfast, my mom who again is in a wheelchair,sat at a table without table settings because it is comfortable for her. Wait staff asked if we wanted to move to another table with settings already. We politely declined due to inconveniences for my mother.

Review 6：It's a fairly clean hotel and beds were comfortable. We arrived past midnight to attend a wake and burial. The porters were very friendly and helpful.

Review 11：We booked two Standard rooms and they were very basic. Would not have minded too much but the fact that they did not have daylight windows bothered me too much. I upgraded ourselves to the next category of rooms. They were better rooms but still no real view. My colleague looked into a dark space between buildings why I looked at the air-condition units outside my window. I asked whether they did not have any rooms with a daylight view and the said they didn't. If you do not mind that then you're okay with the hotel I suppose. The breakfast was fine

Review 12：Internet in the delux rooms in G flr end very slow .Instant hot water not avlbl ,give better toiletries ie: soap , shampoo , conditioner , brush paste , razor. Clock or table with alarm clock .

Review 13：Ambience , rooms are clean & breakfast can improve further keep fresh fruit as welcome gesture with fresh flowers in vase. Great Staff to Allan for couriering the room key to Olongappa . Donna & team smiling at reception.

Review 14：it is a 2 star hotel really, the rooms are small, the decoration is untasteful, bathroom is terrible, no minibar, aircon is either too strong or too weak (and noisy), no real bed sheets, the towels are not clearn, etc.

Review 15：contrary to other reviews, the only good thing is that the wifi works well the restaurant of the hotel has a nice buffet

Review 16：Some hair and pubic hair on the bad even after change the sheets, which means they dont wash it. If you want a clean place, don't go there. The rooms are toally different from the pictures, much older and not modern at all.

Review 47：Tiny details except perhaps for the wifi in the 1st room we stayed in 1) the wifi in room 208 (?) near the staff quarters was a bit slow 2) the pool, although new, is not very private in the sense other guests from restaurants walk in, pass by, etc. there should be some intimacy around pool area but there wasn't. 3) the rate could be a 'a little bit' pricey if you compare to other hotels in Angeles city. 4) the fridge in the room was empty 5) the telephone in the room is not by the bedside but on the office table, quite far when somebody calls n you're still in bed 6) the room entrance doors are not very sound proof & they have at least 1-inch space from the floor, you therefore hear the people walking outside the room.

Review 48：1) The staff of Hotel Century from hotel driver to reception to housekeeping, are one of the warmest, most polite, most service-oriented people I have met ! 2) The breakfast ! Delicious, varied, fresh ! They even extend breakfast until 10.30 when they realised not all guests have taken their breakfast yet ! How very thoughtful is that right ? 3) We absolutely love the new rooms ; spacious, all new, excellent mattresses, shower & toilet separated, aleluyah ! 4) Mr. Allan at the front desk, he made us feel we were the only guests in the hotel when in fact the hotel is fully booked due to the Music Festival happening that weekend we stayed. This guy is unbelievable ! 5) You can't beat the hotel's location 6) Free parking with 24/7 security 7) Later check out granted to guests like us, without additional charges (when hotel's availability allows it, of course. Which was the case for us.) Thanks again, Allan ! 8) THE best massage ever & cheap (one hour, 12 Swiss francs = 600 pesos + 100 peso tip, 2 francs) : ask for Dina, she is fantastic ! 9) Craving for a very late past-midnight snack to order & delivered to your room ? Call the lovely lady at the front desk & she'll order 'fast food' for you. Oh, it's 3am & Chow King does not deliver after 9pm, No Problem, the bell boy picks it up for you ! These people are the BEST ! 10) Super clean rooms : housekeeping & room service always there for you. Highly recommended and would definitely stay in this hotel again (I actually did come back after my first stay. Looking forward to staying for the 3rd time!)

Review 57：I didn't like the inconsistency of things that should be given toall the guests from the very small items like slippers, toothpaste etc.etc. we requested for a pair of slippers on the very first night and itis the very first time that no slippers inside our room is available andwe even waited for the next day telling us that you run out of stock :-(I think this is very humiliating to tell to any guest that you run outof slippers ... you should have done something to provide your guestsome slippers on that very moment , never, never wait your guest to havehis pair of slippers the next day ... hope this won't happen andmake sure all the immediate needs of every guest should be properlyattended...One more thing and the most annoying experience we ever had ... with respect, I heard that the hotel is under repair which we didn't know the first time we booked, if we only knew it maybe we would have tried other hotels instead ... on our very first night .. we were not able to sleep well... why? there is a mouse? cat? running over our ceiling and it is really so noisy! I called , complained to the counter and told me ... SORRY .... NOTHING TO DO ABOUT IT , NOT EVEN ASKING OR SUGGESTING TO TRANSFER US TO ANOTHER ROOM WITH NO CATS AND MOUSE THEN PROBABLY IT WILL EASE OUR SLEEPLESS MOMENT DURING THE MOUSE AND CAT MARATHON !I think the people in charge , the management should learn to take good care of their guest and attend to all their immediate needs no matter how small and simple you might think ,as long as you are a "guest", each needs and complains must be properly attended and assisted and not just say .. Review 58：I like the foods ... it is so filipino and really taste good. I like thestaff for being polite and friendly .... Actually it is the foods thatcompliments , best cook and best chef , really taste great, we have avery good breakfast! Much more with other foods serve!
