Review 1：There was no record of a reservation made through Booking.com when I checked in. They gave me a room though, at a price a few dollars less than my booking.com confirmation email.

Review 7：the hotel lacks personality and it is a bit ran down, in particular the bathroom on our apartment needed re doing. For the price I would hope one could find better in Cochabamba.

Review 9：the room was a bit shabby and drab. could be just my taste. it seems if the coloring -bedspread, etc and pictures on the wall were updated and more upbeat the room would be more welcoming and inviting. also it would have been nice to have an electrical outlet for both the bedside lamp as well as computer hookup.
