Review 1：The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a view over the city centre. Very good breakfast selection.

Review 2：The hotel is located in a prime location, 5min walk from most restaurants and shopping center. An ATM is located in the front of the hotel. Everything is very clean, safe and the staff are very nice.

Review 3：Things like the uncomfortable bed and curtains that don't block out sunlight due to being broken didn't help the sleep quality so this is where I placed value for money and decided to leave early as I was just exhausted due to lack of sleep. Towels were just terrible and other amenities were non exsistent. No iron, kettle, brochures. Just bed and towels in the suite.

Review 10：Big, comfortable room, clean, spacious hallways, very nicely designed atrium-lobby -- a real gem of a hotel, right across the street from the central walking area. We loved it! Great breakfast, and very friendly staff. This is the place to stay if you're visiting Novi Sad for the first time. The front rooms have a great view, but the windows keep out all the traffic noise.

Review 11：massive stains in the hall way and in stairway it just ruins the great looks of the entrance of the rooms. other than that, Hey u cant get better for that price.

Review 13：They have very helpful and friendly stuff, great location, modern room. Everything was great so definitely when we will be back in Novi Sad we'll stay in Hotel Centar.

Review 14：Damages price list in the room seems a little bit harsh. The rooms have a huge amount of window surface and no shutters, just curtains which let the daylight in. That did not bother me but those who can only sleep in complete darkness should take it into accont.

Review 15：Very close to the city centre. Underground parking very convenient. They let us leave the car there for a few more hours after checking out for free. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

One minute to main square. Wifi worked perfectly. Room was also very well insulated against noise from the busy street outside.

Review 23：If you're driving to this hotel you can't park anywhere in order to check in and bring your luggage to your room. Additionally, you can't find the hotel parking - once you do, you have to get hotel personnel to come out and open it to let you in - it's a lift to take your car to underground parking and the drive to get into the parking is not even a car-length long. You need someone who can jump out to go to the front desk while the other person circles around.

Review 24：Great location - you can walk to anything! Room is large and that's unique - bathroom also roomy and clean compared to many hotels in this region. Bed was a king, but low to the ground and not particularly comfortable. Overall excellent, however.

Review 29：Smoking is permitted in the lobby bar. Unfortunately this still seems to be often the case in Serbia. As a new hotel, they could have thought of adopting a non-smoking policy at least in the public spaces. On our floor there were both smoking and non-smoking rooms.

Must to say that we did not ask staff to intervene on this, as room phone in the evening was off (repaired then in the morning) .... So, we had to open slightly a window during night for fresh air to come and cool down the temperature.

As staying for the first time I'm the city, we have received a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. Hotel SPA is lovely though no swimming pool, but massage we tried there was splendid. Breakfast is rich.

Review 59：Garage was terrible. It was very, very difficult to get your car to lift from parking lot. To little room to maneuver the car into lift. IF I do not had an other person with me it should be impossible to get the car out of garage. You must check out that the first lot opposite the lift is only for short cars. Now there was a car which front part was out of lot and that means that only 1 cm of both sides were free to walls of lift or wall. It needed seven maneuvers before getting int lift. Terrible
