Review 1：The fact we were ASKED to leave by 13.00 when they knew we ( myself and a 3 yr old ) had a 19.00 flight.Felt a bit unwelcome. Also have to buy your own toilet roll and also rooms are not cleaned for duration of your stay.

Review 3：Kitchen in the studio is very small with very basic equipment. No stuff like detergent or sponge for washing dishes provided. Studio is also quite small - basically it is standard hotel room with little kitchen attached to it. Boiler not sufficient - not enough for two people to take shower. Carpet in the room was old with different kinds of dirt on it.

Review 4：Villa is surrounded with garden - you can sit outside while having breakfast for example. Not expensive.

Review 5：There wasn't a restaurant next door, there was a cafe for locals. There was also a pub for locals that spewed out its contents at 3/4am who all drove off noisily. Car hire arrangements were more costly than expected and the Seat hardly managed the gradients of the roads

Review 6：Without a vehicle tourists would be trapped. If the owners included basics such as coffee, milk etc, instead of directing visitors to the less than prepared cafe across the road for breakfast, would make it more welcoming.

Review 7：However I would have preferred it if it the sauna and Jacuzzi had been included in the price. In addition the coffee bar opposite was noise yearly hours of the morning .

Review 9：....there was few epic fails during my stay: - wifi jammed - hot water in my room was for half shower of one person - after midnight no water - bathroom equipment very stylish but surely to replace (old) - strange smell from garden next to the wall (humidity or plants?? hard to sustain for a long time) - carpet to replace - strange smell too and the thing I loved the most - information that You should clean kitchen before You check out - I felt like on a scout camp ;)

Review 10：If You are not sensitive for airplane starting it's perfect place between supermarket, drink bar, gym, Machico and airport - close to the highway. Very friendly owner, garden with cats and turtles, well equipped kitchen. Good value. But....

Review 12：We rented the property but still had to pay extra to use the washing machine and powder. There was no tea coffee or milk when we got there either. They advertise a Jacuzzi which was always closed off too.

Review 15：Weekends the music from the bar on the other side of the road kept us awake Somehow it felt as if the kitchen was not intended to be really used (equipment, no basics like salt and pepper).

Review 19：Spacious apartment for reasonable price. Mattresses a bit too hard for our taste. You should just be aware that the airport runway ends not too far away. As Madeira airport isn't a high-traffic one not a big deal but there are some early flights in the morning.

Review 20：If you can,t tolarate noise from airplanes nearby than bring your eyer plugs, in two days you will hardly notice noise of air traffic near by.

Review 21：Wonderful, clean. Well maintained apartment with spacious terrace. Beautiful garden, nice view. Kitchen equipt that you can squeeze fresh orange juice or grill anything you wish. Minibus goes to Machico four times a day just in front of Vilas Gama.you get get any travel or help you require from wonderful hosts - Joao. Luisa or Ricardo! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Review 22：If you are 1.85 or taller (like me), you might find the bed a bit too short. The place was quite humid, but they are working on improving that.

Review 23：Excellent location (5 min from airport, 1 min from highway, supermarket 5 min walk / 1 min by car) Excellent value for money. Friendly, helpful staff. We asked for some additional things (extra pillows, heater, toaster) and got them right away We had a great holiday

It is a perfect location to stay - free parking (which is hard to find in Madeira where most parking spaces are not free!), free wifi also in the studios and peaceful place!
