Review 7：There was no free place for car parking. The double room with one bed is just two beds make together and TV satellite have no channel in English, lot of channel in local language and two channel in Russian. In room was a little bit cold.

Review 9：The let down for a such a lovely hotel was food. We chose the hotel because breakfast was included in the price. We came down after 9am and the food looked awful. The sausages (if you could call them sausages) looked like they were in the water for hours and they were not hot, croissants looked very dry, and were hard. Yogurts were stored in ambience temperature so tasted warm. The tradotional pancakes are not suitable for buffet/non a la carte style of service. Placing them in a Bain Marie dish made them soggy. The member of staff looked fed up and tired. We had to say good morning before she greeted us. My partner felt unwell after the breakfast so we have not returned there for the rest of our stay. The room is great but be prepared to pay for coffee-in-bag 3euros ( tap water and a kettle is free though :).

Location to restaurants and bars was perfect...with no noise as they are just around the corner...50m walk! Also the river was just 100m the other way...with easy access for bikes, jogging, etc... The hotel pre booked taxis for us which made our midnight arrival stressless. Beautiful cheap city within easy walking distance. Review 25：The hotel was good, but the real gem was the restuarant. A family ran business, an uncomplicated menu behind which were exquisite meals, the beef cheeks, the fillet steak. the stroganoff all to die for. The son is a sommieler who gave us a degustation of their selection of Grappas. They opened on the Sunday just for us...a wonderful experience.

Review 26：The wifi connection kept hanging time to time even though the signal was good. Room heater was disconnected from the wall outlet when we arrived and it took us some time to figure that out so the room temperature had time to drop down.

Review 27：Nice hotel, nice room, drink offers in hotel room including a full-size bottle of reasonably priced sparkling wine. Still water was pricy though. Hotel location couldn't be more perfect if you are there to see the old town.

Review 30：We have stayed at Amberton cozy numerous times and as always cant fail nothing. Everybody are just so lovely and welcoming. Even when we had an issue outside the hotel and it was absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, they sorted it for us. Its so refreshing these days to meet somebody who knows what a good service is. And Amberton Cozy definitely knows how to deliver every single time. Thank you all and will see you soon!

Review 31：The receptionist during the day was very nice, but the receptionist (with darker hair) in the evening was not friendly at all, didnt want to answer any questions and it felt like she didnt want to be there.

Review 37：Very cozy hotel, friendly staff, they just could not do enough for us. I liked breakfast , for that kind of a small hotel the breakfast is really good. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel is located in a middle of the old town, so from there you can get easily anywhere. The food in the restaurant was great, we had a dinner there, we were party of four people and we all did choose different meals and loved it all of it. I would def recommend this hotel and for sure will stay just there when we will visit Kaunas again. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay Amberton team!!!

Review 41：Although room is spacious, it contains quite old furniture. Overall room looks like average 3* hotel - absolutely not modern, not saying about being luxury or even high-quality. You wouldn't like to stay there for long. Bathroom is also big but deserted, and quite cold as it have window. Lot of things simply don't work - like heated floor in bathroom (so you can't make it warm), one out of two lamps near bed, some wall outlets, one of the jalousie on the windows. It's obviously room-related, but there are too many things for one room. Breakfast is very modest, one of the simplest I ever had. Again, it's not bad (nothing damaged), but simply not for 4*. In summary, you shouldn't treat this hotel like real 4* and then you'll be fine.

Review 42：Location is good (not perfect), close to the walking street, but its very end - so about 1km walk to the center part. Staff is OK. Was able to park, although parking lot is quite small and narrow. It was still acceptable value for money, when night stay is around 50-60 bucks. Should it cost more, would be a disappointment.

Rooms are very spacious and well decorated, the piano in the reception and the playing receptionist surprised me a lot! I have never experiencex that in other hotels!Breakfast was good, I found everything i needed in this cozy hotel of 28 rooms. it is a quiet place and just in 2 minutes by walk there is the main street of the oldtown where you can find a lot of caffees and boutiques. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing and the beauty salon treatments were so good . I tried everything. I would recommend this hotel as a 4 star!

Review 44：We had booked three double rooms and on arrival the hotel only had two doubles and one single room left, we had also requested a ground floor for my father as he has a heart condition, we ended up with one on the second floor, one on the third and one on the fourth!

Review 52：The location is superb, being at the very heart of the old town, but slightly hidden from the main streets and hence noise. We had a luxurious spacious top ffloor room with great views and spacious bathroom as well as air conditioning, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, and a writing table. Great for the couples getting married at the Kaunas Registry Office called Rotušė, as well as wedding guests. The breakfast is delicious and served at reasonable times. A free Wifi is also available. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kaunas

Review 57：Amberton Cozy isn't that cozy it says, but not bad either; just a bit unstylish, outdated and without lift, a bit unpractical. With light refurbishment and styling (less dark red, more fresh and light) it would really be the coziest one.

Review 58：This was the 1st night in our 18 days long road trip. I visited Kaunas last year too, and stayed in a hotel just next door. Location is excellent, a minut walk to great restaurants around main square, and easy to come in and go out if traveling through. Nice staff, reasonable breakfast, and big room with good aircon - we can't complain if we pay alltogether 52eur!

Review 59：We ask twice for double room when booking the hotel but we still got a twin room (they said they actually don't have any double bed). The room wasn't so clean (3 spiderwebs) and they didn't change the bed sheets for the whole week. Breakfast was nothing special for a 4*. No toiletries at all (dental kid, for example, was 6 Eur or a shower cap, 2 Eur). Not even a bottle of water for free (not to mention tea/coffee facilities).

I arranged a taxi from the airport through the hotel and the staff we're very helpful. However the taxi driver was awful - drove too fast and dangerously, and I had a 1 year old with no seatbelt.

Review 71：This definitely is not a 4 star hotel. I would give it some 2 stars, not more. There was no shampoo in te bathroom and not even soup at the sink. But in the midle of the room there was a hole in floor, which was covered with carpet. Breakfast was poor, even bread ended soon. And no napkins. From all hotels I've been this was one of the worst. Even 3 star hotels usually are much better.
