Review 5：The only thing I did not care for, was the wait staff. It seemed that they were more interested in visiting and talking with each other like a bunch of school kids. However, the rest of the staff were very helpful.

Review 27：You get charge for the day before when you arrive on the late night flight at 0055. Once you have booked you cannot get a refund if situations arrive that you have to leave early. I saw more roaches in my room than before, not good!

The worst service ever seen in my life, spent all nightfighting with the cockroaches and the receptionist , at end she offeredus 10% discount..or one free breakfast!!! One!!! We were two persons!! .a joke for the hell we went through all night.... Had to throw away somuch things, didnt sleep at all at this dirty infected place. And Inever met such horrible persons as the ones working behind the receptiondesks, no help understanding at all.

Review 35：Well, normally I try to be as objective as possible and not to write the negative reviews. It's always possible to find something good about the place and to avoid too low rating. Unfortunately, this is not the case of Savannah Resort Hotel. In my opinion, the reviewers' rating of 8.4 is too generous for this hotel. I carefully reading all the reviews and choose my next hotel accordingly, and I've never erred in this regard. But I consider choosing Savannah Resort Hotel as a mistake. It's too overrated in my opinion. I'll start with the most disgusting things about this hotel, and this is a tribe of cockroaches in the bathroom. They just live there and don't afraid of guests. Every night coming to the toilet I felt like visiting them. Next issue is a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom. I thought it comes from other rooms. Nothing is complimentary in the deluxe room, no bottled water, no shampoo, everything you need to pay or bring with you. I made a picture of the items like a small tube of toothpaste, toothbrush and so, standing over a minibar, and their price list, because I've never seen this before. The furniture and carpet are really outdated with the signs of tears and wears. The hotel has definitely seen better times. The breakfast was complimentary but I warned that this is only for one person in spite of the fact that I paid for the double room based on two guests. So if you come with your spouse or friend, you'll have to pay for her/his breakfast. The same is about airport transfer. It is complimentary only in one direction to the hotel, but you should pay when you come back, which is really strange for me. Quality of food in the hotel's restaurant was okay, and I appreciated the fact that the breakfast was according to menu. Now, the last issue but not the least, is a some kind of apathy of the hotel's staff, particularly of those who are at the front desk. I think they have never been trained to smile to the guests.

Review 36：The only thing I liked about this hotel is a very comfortable and clean bedding. Location is also good if you are into the "major attractions" of Clark, but there are many hotels nearby which offer the same location and same distance from the airport.
