Review 1：Hotel facilities and all equipment are in very bad condition. Breakfast was really poor

Review 5：Spa facilities are close to zero :( I was totaly desapointed for no entertainment options in a 5 star hotel. The Spa center is in fact a small room with 2 small jacuzzi bath and a tiny sauna. In rest, good quality for breakfast.

Review 6：Breakfast experience was somewhat disorganized: no napkins on the table, couldn't find extra glasses (e.g. I wanted a glass of water and a glass of juice), juices were stocked small containers which were constantly lagging in refills.

Review 16：Other hotels can be mod com some are all smoke and mirrors. Leopold 1 is the real deal . It is all about service and comfort . It leads one to delusions of grandeur which is a wonderful thing . We have extended our stay and wish we could stay longer .

Review 73：We had no objections, apart from something funny. The jacuzzi in the bathroom woke us up twice during the night. It tend to run a noisy cleaning cycle on its own.

Review 75：Divine aristocratic hotel on the top of a fortress.Amazing feeling while you're driving to the top,passing through a narrow tunnels and steep cobbled winding alleyways.Although it belongs to the modern city,you feel like you're in 17th century.Really awesome,especially for a change,if you're bored after so many new,fancy,minimalistic hotels.You can enjoy in great food in one of the few terrace restaurants overlooking the Danube and Novi Sad.Also,if you have time,try some of a spa&wellness packages,massages are great. Warm greetings for all friendly and kindly personnel and for a manager and a director of the hotel who let me to stay 6h longer free of charge,although the hotel policy is 50% of full price.

Review 76：Very noisy during our stay. Noise from the restaurant during all night, noise from the large fan on the floor in the attic at 6:30 am. Missing ending on tap at the sink (shower), broken shower head. Cigarette smoke in the restaurant during breakfast. Definitely not a 5* hotel.
