Review 1：The TV was broken and couldnt be switched on however we didnt mind it as we did not watch the tv at all. The toilet has a weird odor. Also we hope the instant packet hot beverages (coffees, teas) provided in the hotel room has a valid halal logo because we were a little worried and skeptical to use uncertified halal products. Not many choices for breakfast buffet, perhaps you can improve the food taste and choice.

Review 2：Very spacious room and room was clean however we would like to suggest you to upgrade your interior fittings and designs. Good lighting in the toilet and spacious sink top. Great pool facilities. Ample parking space. Great location, near to masjid (for muslims) and food stalls/court. Good lobby space for lounging. Good view from lobby and great interior design. We enjoyed our stay.

Review 3：Old facilities, room badly maintained. The toilet is dirty, the sink drain is blocked. Will not come here back again.

Review 5：1) I don't like the fact that my room wasn't ready on the time of my arrival.. They gave me a room and when I entered the room, it was a total mess!!! It took them an hour to get my another room2) I called them before checking out to check if i can extend an hour late (instead of checking out at 12 pm, i asked if it was okay for me to check out at 1 pm) and one of their staff confidently mentioned YES without stating that i have to pay for any additional payment. And later when it was nearly 1 pm another staff of theirs called and said i had to paid RM 20 additional due to extending my checking out time. Thus, i mentioned to her that if that the case i rather not pay the additional and going to check out immediately. UNFORTUNATELY, once i get to the reception counter at the lobby slightly late (1,05 pm) they still charged me for the RM 20 even after i argued and explained to them. Its NOT CAUSE OF THE MONEY that am pissed but it caused of the SERVICES that they're giving.

Review 8：swimming pool closed during public holiday. There was no staff to rectify to problem and issue.reason:all on public holiday. Food was bad and finished at 9.20 am.

Review 14：Poor communication between staffs and customer. Lots of confusions. I booked a sky exec rooms, was given sky premium which had japanese bed style that wasnt suitable for elderly. Called counter to add beds and change room x3, nobody picked up. Had to go to counter and talk to them myself. At the end of my stay, I was asked to pay another rm400 on top of the rm600 deposit given (room rate was rm560) out of confusion of the staff because of the room change earlier, but in the end they returned the deposit to me. Nothing major but it reflects the unpreparedness and lack of effective communications between staffs

Review 16：how come this hotel charge for 4yrs old child for breakfast?some more theres no special children meal in their menus?Im really dissapointed with this stupid policy. And the surrounding is so dirty, got many dead leaves everywhere like a haunted hotel! So scary !

Review 21：The Floor Carpet is too Old.Smell of cockroaches especially the wardroob and drawers.Should address these problems imediately. The Floor and tiles of the toilets should be upgraded. I hv stayed here before and deteroriating almost every item.Sg Petani is fast developing but not Cinta Sayang.Sorry to Share these,bcse Sg Petani is MY hometown.Shame to Tell friends. Tq

Review 23：There is something wrong when you check into a hotel and upon entering the room the smell of humidity. I wish that was the only thing. The coackroaches or the aircon that even at 16 degrees couldn't really cool the room. The mosquito that was left in the mirror killed, but not wiped should have gave me some more hints. The old tv with bad antenna was not an issue either. I wise it had a control remote.... The bathtub chipped meant that it needed renovation urgently. The water yellow when initially running the tab or the toilet water, meant that there pipes are a bit rusty. The carpet with a few nails left on the floor also marked the lack of attention to detail. The manager on duty that didn't get the message when I directly asked for the Hotel Manager, who was not available as he was in a "meeting". He kindly gave me his card after I requested it, very politely, twice. But it was not that.... It was the lack of toilet paper in the toilet that really put me off.

TV station blur, not clear. Noisy compressor room located opposite the room which can be heard from the room. Swimming pools dirty, not cleaned. Overall not worth the money paid.
