Review 1：Restaurant experience was terrible after waiting 1.5 hours for food (with 3 small children) and the salmon and soggy vegetables were nothing like they should have been. Worst meal ever!

Review 3：The family room was huge and very clean. Very good, friendly service. The breakfast was good and the restaurant had a suitable menu.

Review 9：Hotel in good position... all the staff was great.... room was very good and clean. A bonus was an upgrade to the room on arrival without even requesting it. Overall an excellent stay and the hotel will be my first choice whenever in the area.

Review 10：There were so many mosquitoes in our room but after we called reception about this. A housekeeper brought a bottle of insecticide to us, so we used that and left the room for a while, then when we back. Everything was so fine!

Review 11：All staffs were willing to do everything for us. The room are so spacious. In my view, the hotel should put more bed in our room and make the room for 4 people instead >< cuz there are too many empty space for nothing.

Review 12：They gave us a suite room upgraded from 2 twin rooms. It was nice and comfortable than expected. We felt their all hospitality and friendliness. Also the only restaurant was good about the food and the manager there.

Review 46：Nothing - however, we think it's worth noting that this area is one most generally frequented by Thai holiday makers and the hotel has less of a Western influence than other places we stayed in in Thailand. Whether that's a negative or not depends on your viewpoint.

Review 47：We were very well looked after here and made to feel very welcome. Particular thanks to Sirinath, whose English is excellent and who couldn't have been more helpful, and to the manager of the restaurant/new wine bar (Chiang, we think) who went out of his way to provide us with a range of vegetarian options, and also to our very diligent maid/cleaner. We went there to visit our son/stepson who was on an internship teaching English at one of the schools. We had booked 2 rooms so we could all stay in the hotel together and we were upgraded to a suite, which was wonderful as it meant we had some shared living space as well as each having our own rooms, and we are very grateful for this. We are happy to recommend this hotel as the best in Loei.

Review 56：I felt the room was very overpriced. This was the worst hotel I havestayed in in Thailand and I have probably visited over 15 hotels. Theroom was supposed to be a suite but I do not know what makes it a suite.Maybe because it had 2 desks in it! The bathroom was dirty, there was nosoundproofing at all and we were woken very early every day with noiseoutside the room. 90% of the tv channels were unwatchable. No privatebalcony so anyone on the same floor could look into your room. The staffwere not helpful. The breakfast was different every day. One day therewas a counter for making fresh eggs. The second day this counter was notstaffed, the third day it was missing completely. One day there wascereal. The next there was no cereal. Coffee pots and the food were leftempty for long periods. Overall a very expensive and disapointing stay.I will not use this hotel again. There are many other nicer hotels inLoei for a fraction of the cost
