Review 1：- Shopping mall just across the road but there was no passage. Have to ride there by taxi. - The staff was a bit inhospitable. - Nice building but needs a refreshment.

Review 3：For a classy hotel,noticed a few very old guests bringing in very young women with them, I guessed for what this city is known for young girls from 'strip clubs',other than that I'm impressed of this hotel.

No onegreets or make u feel welcome. And just a suggestion to theManagement..They should take away the chairs or seats where thesereceptionist are seating, Because they are hiding behind the counter! Noone to welcome anyone at the hotel! Upon check out, I asked for someoneto check the shower bec theres no hot water..I Waited 1 hr and called3x, No one attended! Not until I got upset at the frontdesk the 3rdtime! Very poor service! What a waste..the room n lobby looks Okay.,Staff needs to be trained more otherwise, this establishment will godoen the drain!

Review 15：Location and feel of this hotel is nice. Not so much walking street central. It felt almost normal. It was kinda cool to hear the choir from next door in the morning.

Review 16：The staffs has no shame in making mistakes in the bill hoping u would miss it and they would conveniently take the payment..their favourite line is 'sorry sir'. Please check and recheck the bill before u pay... Especially if u are in a group.. As they claim it's is ordered by ur 'friend'.... Be very carefull... I caught them on 3 different occasions on my restaurant bill and the room bill which I have already payed via bookings.com

Review 20：The personnel is not welcoming, they have a 24h restaurant but around midnight they turned off the fans, started mopping the floor and came to ask me if i want something else from the bar, the towels are old and they stink, the linen are not white anymore they are grey, the bathtub is very high and hard to climb into, no bidet, stains on the carpet. Not what I expected from the second most expencive hotel in Angeles!

Review 69：The restaurant was very understaffed given that it was a holiday and they were fully booked. Our dinner arrived an hour after we ordered them. Food was a big disappointment. It's like they just mixed whatever sauce they could find with the chicken. I also noticed that the pool staff were a bit more attentive to foreigners than to the locals. Maybe they were better tippers? We were only assisted once when we got to the pool. The rest of the time, we had to literally go to the waiter's station to make our orders.

Review 70：We booked two family rooms via Booking.com for the Holy Week 2014. We suddenly had more people coming with us so I called the hotel to ask if they had more rooms we can book. However, since it was a holiday, the only available room was the presidential suite which can accommodate upto 10 pax with extra beds. I asked the reservation officer if we can upgrade our two rooms to the suite and just pay the difference. They said yes so we let go of our two family rooms and confirmed the presidential suite. When we arrived, the check-in counter informed us that we were only given the executive jacuzzi room. This room has the same price as one of the family rooms so I told her that we cannot all fit there. She asked us to wait, giving us some free drink vouchers while she looks for a solution. After a while, she informed us that we can now have the presidential suite without upcharge because they were not able to secure our first booking. They even gave us a big mat where the kids can sleep with no extra charge. We only had to pay for extra beds. The presidential suite was a really nice room. The bed was huge and clean. Restrooms were also spotless. The only thing we didn't like is the jacuzzi and shower room did not have any division from the room so we couldn't use it unless the others stay in the living room area. Overall, a very good stay.

Review 71：The hotel is located within the red light district of Angeles City. There were lots of male foreigners with their local "hospitality women". We had a guest and was offered a card at the reception to get in straight to our room. Although we were told of our guest's arrival by the reception downstairs, I thought giving her a key card is too much. The towels are worn out and need replacement. The gym equipment is limited. There is only one treadmill and it is the cheap kind. The belt slides from the traction which makes you feel like toppling down when on it.

Review 72：Very accommodating staff and eager to help. We stayed in the family room. It very spacious, clean and nicely laid out. They have a really nice pool, a 24 hour restaurant and bar. The hotel is nicely located within 5 minutes drive to SM Clark.

If i ever be in Angeles again (weird area btw :-), i will definitely stay again at Lewis Grand! The location was good.. 10-min walk to the walking street.
