Review 1：The second week it became like a ghost town. Unwelcoming dark and nobody to answer any questions you might want answered.The season was over just like that! The breakfast buffet was gone and we were left with a limited repetitive menu. You need an English to Bulgarian phrase book because nobody speaks English and the menus are not listed in English only Cyrillic.The pool furniture was gone we dined alone. The 6 other guests that were left in the Hotel disappeared as well.
Review 2：The first week was really good. The facilities were good and the staff very friendly. Location a short walk to a lovely small beach. Peaceful and quiet. Dining on the terrace and lounging by the pool.

Review 4：the complex seems unfinished - there is no roof terrace cafe, and none of the advertised 11 "boutique shops". the breakfast was miserly, options you could choose from a list, but all quite meagre, and no english tea, either. we reaquested a quiet room and ours was overlooking a kindergarten, full of shrieking children. bathroom was poorly stocked. NOT a 4-star property, but deserves 3.
