Review 9：Dirty bathroom, stains on bed sheets. Stuff was 24/7 sleeping/laying on the coutch in the lobby/receptions-made me feel uncomfortable and they also were unfrendly and the table there were always covered with their dirty dishes. Also couldn't sleep at all and also beacuse staff!! They were very noisy even at 3-4am. Defenitely woun't go back! I have travelled alot and stayed even worst hotels than this, but never met staff like that!!!!

Found all the people check in it book via internet and want to check out when they seen the room. I may not use booking.com anymore for listing such horibble hotel. Is not worth the money . I have stay in cheaper hotel that have more basic needs and yet is many times cleaner then this. Just not up to any standard. Too dirty

Review 21：The bathroom was disgusting. The tap did not work and it was not fixed when asked. Also it was no were noisy at night- the receptionist and his friends were laying down on the couches at reception until late.

Review 27：In booking.com website, they say credit card is accepted, but when you arrive there, they say the credit card machine is out of order (in actual fact the machine is on and has no problem) and they insist me to pay cash and more over they will charge extra charge 1.04% for credit payment. Not a trust worthy merchant /motel. If they have mentioned in the website is a different story! Hope Booking.com seriously look into this type of hotel/motel practice. What's an unpleasant experience!

Review 35：i had a motorcycle accident in Langkawi, the staff took care of me like family. we never met such nice people. while i couldn't walk much, the staffmember offered me a ride in their car so i could enjoy my stay, for wich i'll never thank them enough.

Also, the bathroom air ventilator spoiled so the wind blow back inwards to the bathroom. you'll get cold while you showering.
