Review 1：No clean towels were brought in when needed and indicated by putting the dirty one on the floor of the bathroom. No extra soap when asked.

Review 2：The hotel was close enough to walk to all the main attractions of the lovely Spa town,

Review 4：Perfect location, large comfortable bed, clean bathroom, breakfast on the sunny terrace and the most important expierenced and polite staff.

Review 5：We have really liked everything. Maybe the only comment would be lack of good espresso coffee machine at breakfast service - only instant coffee was offered. But this was really minor, breakfast itself was quite reasonable considering few guest in the guest house.

Review 6：Our 4 day stay at Zameczek came at the end of our trip from Canada through Iberian peninsula and then old home town of Wroclaw. We found here quiet serenity of Polanica Spa and surrounding hills, finally no crowds of noisy tourists, comfortable room with view and polite and helpful staff. We shall definitely consider returning here one day and will recommend it to our Friends back in Canada. Big thank you.

Review 10：Wifi is extremely patchy and frustrating to use. Sauna perhaps should be inclusive. Lack of bar and restaurant facilities out of season.

Review 11：Very central and very modern with large rooms and beautiful views of the Spa Park from very spacious balconies. Sauna in basement cellar is very good. Wielka Pieniawa Sanatorium is also very close with all its associated spa facilities. Breakfasts till 10.30 am. Lukasz at reception was also particularly friendly and helpful.

Review 12：1) More than half of the lights in the hotels are for unknown reasons (to save money?) not switched on in the evening. So the corridors are so dark that it was difficult to find the hole for the key to open the door 2) Our bed makes a lot of noise at the slightest move. It's very disturbing 3) The floor in the room makes a lot of noise at each step. It seems that they did not refurbish the old wooden floor of the house 4) The room is not made every day - our bed stayed we left it in the morning, towels were not changed, only the trash can is emptied. In summary, the hotel was expensive and it's a rip off for the poor quality it offers. We disliked the hotel very much.
