Review 1：It's not that it's not a great hotel. It's just not 5 stars. Old furniture, dirt in the corners and daily baby cockroaches on the cheese platters in the breakfast buffet. Not an army but a few. I am a savvy travler and its a 3-4 star in a Los Vegas size hotel body.

Review 5：This hotel went from being my favourite with score 100/100 to barely 15/100 now. I booked a room on 3rd floor - Room 323 with dirty carpets, bathroom full of cockroaches (I managed to terminate about 60-70 in one evening). Sheets were not clean and overall look of the room was like someone is murdered there few years back. A/C was so dirty that I was afraid to use it. I will never come back to Hotel Park again. Never! Form being my favourite place, it went down the hill to being the worst place I've stayed. Shame.

Review 7：We went to meet the new 2016. Horror. The restaurant seated us at a table with Bulgarians about 10choveka we never knew. Dinner was small and disgusting. They had no utensils plates were put just forks. Breakfast coffee cups were few and scarce and dirty. I had to sit and wait to outsource something to eat otherwise it ended in seconds. Many guests in the hotel, Small and inadequate staff. Spa complete travesty. Some have undeserved 5 stars hotel. I'll never go back there.

Review 9：It as a very vast and empty hotel, not a lot of atmosphere. It seems luxurious, but if you look closer, you can see the marble is actually painted wood and the carpets are quite worn...

Review 11：In a bad need of a very thorough update in terms of the entire offering. You feel like in 1980s inside with a cigarette smoke 'welcoming' you as you enter the large entrance hall. The rooms, the food, etc all need a thorough overhaul.

Review 13：The pool and shower area in wellness center is not so clean, it smells,and floor is wet all over.. Water in the pool is not clean as well, there are some objects on it's bottom like keys and other things.. The other thing that bothered me is that there was not any beef or chicken meat in the breakfast offer, although the signs below plates with meat products said 'beef/pork'.. I don't know how can anybody use slash (/) sign with those two words... Anyway, I find this kind of meat offer disrespectful to guests who do not eat pork. More so because there was all kind of meat products that you can think of, but all pork..

Review 23：Staff was terrible. Rude, didn't even acknowledge when we'd say "good morning" (except cleaning staff, who were polite). Gym was very limited, with much of the equipment out of order, AND had to be paid separately. Dinning room looks like something out of The Shining.

Review 29：Smelly air conditioning, not well working and you couldn't open the windows (locked with screws). Hotel ins quite old, has seen its best days. If you want to go for a walk to the center it's some distance (20 min) along crowed roads.

Overall hotel facility look like frozen in time, it can be seen that no investment in hotel facility been made for long time. Internet speed is not good. Review 43：There was NO hot water at night and the shower didn't function properly! This is the only negative thing i ve found out about the hotel, but still a very important one!

Review 44：The premises are really great. Large beds, large rooms, friendly staff. I suggest you to try out the food at the Park Hotel's restaurant. Very tasty and not expensive at all! The hotel's location is great, because is very close to the Belgrade highway (E75)

Review 45：The fact that we were forced out of our hotel due to a complete power shutdown and left without any explanation or recompense for our loss, forced to pay higher rate for the other hotel that did not have the amenities we originally booked for . Totally ruined our holiday for which we planned months in advance for. Management no where to be seen receipt and apology letter sent days after our return back to Australia. Payment was expected when we where forced out without the slightest interest for compensation for pain and suffering.

Review 47：• WiFi should have a stronger signal in the room. • When dialing from the outside, the phone system should have an option to connect to a room by dialing room extention, i.e., without help by an operator. It happened once that the operator did not answer for about 15 frustrating minutes while a taxi was waiting. This is highly unusual phone system for a 5–star hotel.

Review 49：There is a plenty of food for breakfast but the quality is not as good when compared to known Serbian food. The receptionsts should be a bit more agile in finding the solutions and answers to the costumers' demands. We also didn't like the cleanliness of the swimming pool. In general, we think it's a good 4* hotel.

Breakfast not so good Concierge restaurant recommendation total failure. Room not very clean, bedding with holes, bugs in toilet... Attemp to charge double the price for a room saying price is per person. Not true but just to spice up already bad experience. So, should I say more? Red light for management big time.

Review 53：Even though it was a non smoking room, the ventilation which could not be turned off kept bringing in the smell of cigarette smoke. This was extremely unpleasant and it is a pity since the room was very comfortable and pleasant.

Review 59：smoking allowed inside the hotel loby, but that is more to do with a general issue with the smoking policy in the country, rather than the hotel's problem - breakfast buffet had a poor choice of fruits and fruit juices too; i am not sure also who designed the breakfast menu as the pickled paprika and cucumbers are not the top of the breakfast foods list, nor the heavy cream rollade cake; more fresh and local grown/made food would be apprecciated

Review 69：Air condition did not provide cold air. This was the same for all three rooms in our group and it was very hard to sleep. Breakfast was small and far from excpected from five star hotel. Everything was set on a table and not on cooling plates or similar and the milk and yogurt was warm. Service in restaurant was not good second and third day, felt like they had to much to do and hired inexperienced staff who did not speak english.

Review 71：It felt like this was a 5* hotel from the 80's that was renovated but never upgraded. Generally too much fabric all over the hotel that creates a feeling of stuffiness and dustiness. Overly pompous atmosphere combined with kitschy decor. Also - the wifi doesn't work in the rooms.

Review 72：The breakfast was good, with a big variety of food and drinks. The hotel staff was very professional and efficient. The hotel itself was quite spacious and there were plenty of parking spots on the territory. The rooms were comfortable, although overly decorated.

Review 73：First off its a mile away form anything of note in the city, despite this taxis are dirt cheap. Grand Hotel Budapest the movie best summarises this washed up hotel that would have been at the top of its game around 30 years ago. The cigar room, hotel shop, suit fitting shops and many boutique areas that once would have filled this 1970's once lavish establishment have long since gone giving this hotel an air of abandonment. The staff are sparse and it seems the only people still frequenting here are local using the gym and spa facilities (which are beyond creepy). The restaurant tables look to have never been used since the 70's also and breakfast has been moved from the breakfast room into an old function room. The lobby is littered with old furniture and worn down carpets, the casino is nothing more than a few slot machines and some sports screens. By international standards this place would be a solid 3 stars, also there is a charge for guests of the hotel to use the gym.

Review 75：This hotel has a huge integrity problem. Still thinking that they operate under a communistic regime. - Bed cover not washed since Tito was president in Yugoslavija. This was our only alternative as no other options were available. -Extremely unfriendly staff. Receptionist not even looked at us during checkin. Restaurant staff dressed in jogging equipment. -No offer for eating available at 18.30 in the evening. - Internet wifi extremely bad (slow and interruptive) -Parking place not safe and not guarded. Lots of people around cars. Place used by ordinary citisens not from hotel. -Room safe not functioning. -Room airconditioning poorly working with 28 plus in the room on max cooling. -Breakfast room with table cloths full of holes after cigarette smoking. -The hotel address does (Nr.35) not exist in Garmin navigator system.

Review 76：The cleanliness was mostly good as long as you didnt go into the public restrooms. The biggest issue I had was the room. We were on the 6th Floor and the AC didnt work. They apparently push the air from the bottom floor up, so if you were on floors 1 - 3, it was ok. Anything above that hardly received any air. We left the windows open but there is no breeze in August in Novi Sad. Basically we ended up sweating all night long. The beds were singles so if you move around a lot at night, you will fall off.
