Review 1：The reception good of been more friendly .might of been because I was just widowed and travelling on my own ,they were a bit of fish

Review 3：This hotel really needs a renovation. Everything is clean but worn and old. It looks like a communist hotel from the 70's and I would really not give it 4 stars, maximum 3.

Review 4：Perfect located, directly on a nice sandy beach without a road between the hotel and the beach. Spacious rooms with large beds. Take a room on the seaside looking out over garden with pool and palms.

Review 5：The hotel was not a 4 star hotel, max 2 star. No free access to gym or fitness room. The Spa was very old fashion and torn. No activities at the hotel for younger guests. only elder people stayed at the hotel. We were 6 people travel together and we was not allowed to sit together at breakfast on the same table because they refuse to put two table together , very very bad policy.

Review 11：Wifi was too complicated (single device) and expensive. Every evening there was a silly music event. This hotel focuses on pensioners (60+); this wasn't obvious when booking.

Review 12：The hotel is too old and didn't have any renovation since the beginning of its functioning. As a result, we had a room with broken and dirty stuff in it (holes in the bathroom ceiling, broken into two parts table-lamp, one of the lights in the room didn't work at all, the bead head had some disgusting stains on it...). And we had some neighbours on our balcony - the bird that built a nest on the balcony ceiling. Don't repeat our mistake, this hotel can't be counted as 4stars hotel

Dinner was messy, with long lines of people waiting and staff that was unable to handle the situation correctly. Cleaning staff would barge through the rooms at 8 am, and the room doors do not have proper locks. Rooms are oudated, pipes are noisy, the whole place needs a huge makeover to be up to standard in terms of comfort. This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe it was 20 years ago.

Review 61：There was much too much very loud music during the day and night which was a part of their "animation" program. It was unpleasant and disturbing.

Review 62：There are notes everywhere for the dress code for dinner and still there were maybe 20 persons wearing flipflops and sport shorts...Dinner and lunch quite expensive for general price level in the country - for 15 eur (without drinks) you get ok food but certainly not really tasty. Desserts were the best part. When the check-in is written at 14, this should be the case - we were asked to wait for 40 min as the rooms were not ready. Reception staff was not really friendly in general. There was one boy who couldn't ever book a taxi for us without asking his colleague.

Review 74：Although hotel had a private beach, there was a 15 Euro charge per day for 2 sunbeds and a parasol. Prices for drinks in the hotel were extortionate - evening entertainment left a lot to be desired!!! Only 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance offering a basic menu. Additional taxi / bus costs added about 150 Euros to the cost of our holiday. No money exchange at reception. Beware, there is no courtesy room - you can use the facility of the jacuzzi room after 4pm but after showering are in full view of families using the jacuzzi whilst you dry and dress. There is no electrical power point, so drying and styling your hair for the journey home is a no no - didn't realise this until I had already washed my hair!!! Not impressed

Review 75：Lovely location for a relaxing beach holiday. Hotel had a private beach, which was less than a 5 minute walk. Maid service every day.

Review 76：Guests putting towel on pool-chairs early in the morning and then claiming the chair for the entire day, whether using it or not. Hotel should take action like removing towels from chairs which are not used during one hour or so.

Review 80：The gym was far outside with a cost. (didn't feel that it was a service.) Must have some cash to come back to buy bus tickets in the bus or to buy things in the hotel stores. (cash machine 2-3 miles from the hotel.) otherwise the other costs can be charged to the room for the card payment.

Live performance in the evening at the outside hotel bar is good. Breakfast and the restaurant with a nice view were wonderful. Very relaxing place. The elder lady in the reception was so kind and smart.
