Review 1：Check-in was a challenge as the information was omitted and/or difficult to find. Some of the amenities were missing, or had dead batteries.

Review 2：The location is excellent and the price is very competitive. When we got in touch with someone about our problems, they were quick to refund a portion of our stay!

Review 3：The room had no A/C & even with ceiling fans on it was very warm.!there is a train that runs directly behind the villa we were in & it came twice.

Review 5：Quick and pleasant walk to the beach, local shops and wonderful restaurants. A train does go by regularly but its not loud and we found it kind of cool.

Review 6：Not all the amenities listed are available at the Villas, which are not owned by the hotel, so no air conditioning or robes and some confusion with some staff at times.

Review 7：Very thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, overhead fans, lovely view, designated parking place and great bathroom mirrors.

Review 8：bed at villa (601) needs replacing, noisy sounds regardless of who is getting in & out of bed. Maid service starts at 3pm so if you want to take a nap put your place card on the door nob. Pool was great BUT some parents dumped their kids off and let them run wild for a few hours without supervision which was annoying.
