Review 1：Limited water bottle(onlyone).for the price that I paid in suite,I thought we may get at least 2 bottles. I ordered another bottle & the charge was for 3 lira which was a ripp off.I was so surprised that the was no room tissue at all in the suite which to me is so basic baring in mind we paid 675 Turkish lira for a night. We stayed 4 nights.
Review 2：The room cleaner is excellent. She is one of the best cleaner I have ever encountered. She makes the room squeaky clean & it feel fresh while coming back from tour.
Review 3：First of all,the hotel looked wonderful and had an absolutely stunning view. We arrived almost 3 hours early before Check in, but as rooms were ready, Nur on reception was so wonderful and allowed us to check in early. The rooms were spectacular, especially the views. WiFi was available throughout the hotel, and the breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and polite, especially Nur, reception staff member, she was absolutely delightful and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much for making our stay a great experience.
Review 4：Bad thing was problem of sudden stop of water. According to the staff it is not hotel fault, it's Bursa (Government) as whole problem

Review 10：I stayed four nights, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out the entire time - wasn't stable at all. Menu options are very limited for room service, and restaurant was even closed at times, though it says open 24/7. There is also nothing close to the hotel other than a tea shop and a really small street shop with drinks and smokes, so when the restaurant is closed, you will need to walk a fair distance to find anything to eat.
Review 11：The room was very spacious and clean, with a great view of the city or mountain. Even the washroom was fairly spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and spoke English - I have absolutely no complaints about the staff or the cleanliness of the facility.
