Review 1：I can't think of anything to dislike about this place. It would be enhanced massively by a Jacuzzi or outdoor heated pool, and would be an excellent 5 star then.

Review 2：The staff were so helpful and caring. The rooms were amazing, and the food very good. Initially we were a bit concerned that the hotel was not in the centre of Obergurgl, but this proved to be a positive, as the views from our balconies were of mountains, not of the hotel opposite. We were also able to access both the Gondolas, from the Hoch and Obergurgl with equal ease.

Review 3：Restaurant - food …the breakfast was so so, simple and average for austrian style. But dinner was really not a good choice. Everything was over salted (soup, meat….) or too much vinegar ….difficult to find something tasty for adults or healthy for children.Better to plan dinner out.

Review 6：This is only to be considered as a suggestion: the SPA area could benefit from a jacuzzi or pool. Nevertheless both me and my boyfriend found this hotel to be a great place!!

Review 7：Very close to the slopes, very very good food (both breakfast and dinner) the chef is amazing, very nice SPA area, the staff always nice, smiling and willing to help, bed extremely confortable

Review 8：I feel that the hotel needs to do more to attract English customers and to make them feel more comfortable and welcome. The main hotel menu has no English translation and the neither did the daily news letter and only a couple of staff speak English. The hotel is about 1 hours walk from the centre of Obergurgl (not advisable at night), however, the hotel do provide a free daily shuttle service each evening, but you can feel a little uncomfortable calling them after 11pm to come to collect you as on return it is quite evident that they have been waiting up for your call. The rooms are of a reasonable size and cleaned daily, however the beds and pillows were not very comfortable.

Review 9：The hotel is about 500m from the Hochgurglbahn cable car, where you can arrange ski/boot hire and lockers for you to leave kit each day after skiing. A ski bus stops outside the hotel every 10 minutes each morning, to take you to the Hochgurglbahn cable car or Obergurgl, which is about a 5min journey. Wi-Fi was free for one person in each room and the cable TV was a good mix.

Review 10：opening hours breakfast (from 0800) if you need to travel this is late, flexibility only after insisting. Price is based on good location, you find B&B for half the price a little further from ski area

Review 13：The personal in the reception(owner i Think) was NOT proffesional to foreigner-we are from Sweden-and talk with us unfrendly somtimes angry. We ask something about internet in the room (not satisfaid) and the receptionist through away the pice of papper i try to show her!
