Review 3：The panic that comes when hotel staff does not show up in the early morning hours when the scheduled airport shuttle is nowhere to be seen. After 90 minutes of phoning, knocking doors and more, another couple came to the reception. The wife called a local taxi and we barely made our flight. This situation is unacceptable - especially after confirming all details on departure time the previous day at check in.

Review 5：1. Undependable - repeat undependable free shuttle service to airport. THAT'S WHY WE STAY HERE! Upon check-in we scheduled 03:30 for shuttle from hotel to airport - to catch 05:30 flight. NO ONE SHOWED UP! Banged on doors - called on phone - NOTHING! Another couple scheduled a shuttle for 04:00 - luckily the wife speaks Russian. She had to call and we all waited in freezing weather for a taxi who could not find the place. At 4:50 - finally left for airport in PAID taxi and BARELY made the flight. We are requesting a refund of 4400 RUB paid for this room...the stress of almost missing our flight due to false advertising is unforgivable. 2. TINY ROOMS for 3500 RUB - no place to open suitcase. Pay 4400 RUB and you get space for chair and suitcase. 3. Unfortunate that FOUR PERSONS almost missed flights. 4. This was our 2nd stay, but never again.

Review 7：-Wi-Fi not very strong at times. Other than that- everything was perfect.
Review 8：-Near Sheremetevo airport. If you call the hotel in advance they send a guy to pick you up. The same guy offered to drive us to the city and from the city back to the airport for a lot less than a Taxi fare. -Everything is brand-new (!) and the design is lovely. -The hotel is owned by a very nice family so it's quite warm and cozy.
