Review 1：1. There is no buffy breakfast and single man serves which takes much of your early morning time. 2. Most of the local peruvians use this hotel to bring their mistress or prostitutes for 2 hour or 3 hour into rooms. 3. Booking.com charges very high charges where as if we go direct to this hotel, the tariff is much cheaper and economical to all the people.

Review 2：The carpet in the lobby is a little too old, it smell a bit, and looks very deteriorated. Carpet needs to be replace.

Review 3：We would to thanks the front desk staff Miguel and Carlos, I just can't believe the service we have received at the Lexus hotel. since we checked in Friday evening, June the 19th.They asked me how we would like to pay, and we're just coming from Cuzco and we were very tired. I said I already paid on line on booking.com with my credit card when I made the reservation, Miguel was very polite, he said don't worry we check tomorrow, just go to your room and rest. Then, when I read my confirmation email from booking.com, it said very clearly that I need to pay at the hotel, the credit card was only to hold my reservation. I went back to the front desk with my credit card and apologized. Three days later our 8:30 AM flight was cancelled, they allowed us to stayed there without any extra charge for couple hours. Breakfast is included in the price, even though the food was the same every morning, but at least it's free.Service was outstanding at the dining room. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Miguel and Carlos for all your help. Housekeeping service was wonderful, they changed my towels every single day, no even at the Marriott or Melia hotels.
