Review 1：A little difficult to find the place. We had a VERY big cockroach in our bedroom (but we had them in different places as well, so maybe it's normal on Madeira). Would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

Review 3：A lot of ants in the bathroom, staff speaks almost no english, no wi-fi, bad smell in a room and restaurant. Luckily we were there just one night. We stayed in much better hotels for less money in other places around Madeira .
