Review 2：The triple room was spacious for 2 adults and two children (it even had a small balcony). Excellent location, friendly staff. I always try to stay in this hotel when visiting Kaunas.

Review 3：We stayed on the second floor corner room and it was rather noisy in the evening and in the morning. I guess because of gates to the courtyard. Receptionists could be more friendly: I travel a lot and can compare.

Cooked breakfast or continental/euro breakfast and foods available. Large room and a nice view of the nearby river. Great price and if I was ever to go back I wouldn't hesitate to book it again

Review 20：The hotel advertised Happy Hour but at the time we were there, the lobby bar was not opened. We asked if the happy hour would be held on the rooftop bar and the answer was no. This made no sense at all and we could not understand this.

Review 22：we asked reception for help with bus info for our next destination. receptionist made a phone call and said there was a 10:30am bus and the taxi driver would know the bus station. the (surly) cab driver dropped us off where a few buses were parked and drove away. we found out from a bus driver that the bus stop we wanted was a 10 minute walk away. we missed our bus and had to wait for the afternoon bus. turns out the bus stop was in front of the fancy new Akropolis shopping center (one of the 10 attractions in town!) the information booth and the ticket office are at the entrance. the woman at reception could have given us this key info.

Review 35：Clogged up shower drain needs to be fixed by plumber. It might be a big job, but it needs to be done. Bathtub needs a curtain, so when shower is clogged up you can use shower in a bathtub.

We were given an upgrade for our 2nd night because the room key 'electronics' on our door couldn't be fixed. Excellent wifi and good restaurant. The design of the hotel gives it a very spacious and 'airy' feel.

Worn out rooms with an old television and incomfortablebeds. Bathroom with broken shelves and not very good cleaned. Boring,standard breakfast. The bar has only half of the menu. But still theworst was the staff. I have never been treated so badly !!

Review 86：The rooms we had were very dark, with almost no natural light and in one of them there was a bad smell. There was a very loud ventilation system that it was impossible to turn off. When I contacted the receptionist to ask about this I had the most rude reaction from a totally un-service minded (night) receptionist that I have come across in a long time! With such staff, it will not take long for this hotel to rush down in the grade on any evaluation site!
