Apartment Cabanas Gardens sells fast on our site. The Cabanas Gardens by Mychoice offers bright and modern apartments within a 3-minute walk from the boarding dock to Cabanas Beach. The complex includes an outdoor swimming pool and is 650 feet away from the Ria Formosa lagoon.
All of the Cabanas’ air-conditioned units are comfortably furnished and feature a private bathroom, living area, flat-screen TV, private entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and a balcony.

Review 1：No UK television programmes ... Only one bedside table and lamp ... Some mould on shower curtain ... Poor insulation between apartments ... Wifi was slow and was lost a few times.

Review 4：Nothing to dislike really - hair dryer would have been useful and something to use as a shade on the balcony ie umbrella. Apartment seemed a little sparse but this could have been because it was very large. Did incur a late check in fee of 30 euro which has not been the case previously(9pm check in). Only Portuguese TV stations.

Review 5：Stayed at Cabanas Gardens previously but this was the first time through My Choice agents. Rented the two bedroomed penthouse apartment which was very spacious and had the most delightful terrace/balcony to three sides of the apartment. Good quality and clean bedding and towels, comfortable beds. All necessary cutlery etc. Staff extremely helpful, giving good advice about activities to try and helping us print off boarding cards. Good free Wi-Fi - a bonus to teenagers!!!!

Review 6：Surrounding apartment blocks on the same street are closed up and not used. This due to the big € crash we assume. Although very quiet area never felt unsafe.

Review 8：The only annoying experiences we had were that being on the ground floor this year, we did not have a view of the pool because for some reason the powers that be have erected a 'scrawny hedge' around the ground floor apartments. It's lovely to hear the children having fun (we have 4 grandchildren ourselves) but annoying not to be able to see them doing it! Secondly and even more annoying someone has moved the planters which divide each ground floor apartment and guests just wander past 'our space' because we were quite close to the exit and it was a good shortcut for them! Not acceptable! Also the area tended to be used as a dumping ground for cigarette ends. Again not acceptable. Finally, there was no external light outside the exit door beside the pool block making it difficult for guests returning in the evening to use the key pad as we had to do.

Review 9：The apartments are fairly new, boutique style, with excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. The Reception staff are always available except when they manage to snatch their lunch. They work extremely hard, and are always both helpful, pleasant and efficient. We were very impressed with them. Cabanas is a beautiful holiday location, so natural and unspoilt, and Cabanas Gardens is perfect as a base, from which to explore.

Review 10：Modern clean spacious rooms. We had a duplex and had plenty of space. Full kitchen with everything needed to have a wonderful stay. Staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The pool area was clean with plenty of sunbeds. We loved it so much we have booked to return again next summer.

Review 11：Only very small gripe was the small shade umbrellas. For a tall person caught my head on edges couple of times.

Review 15：Pool was dirty, apartment was not very clean, not enough sun beds around the pool. Could not find reception. Should of been explained it was one of the apartments. Was not told there was a doorway to underneath garage so struggled with luggage. Was told when departing there was another access. Could feel springs in mattress. Booking was for 1 adult 3 children. My eldest son is over 6ft and he had to share with my 8 year old. Should of had another bed!

Review 24：I appreciated that the apartment manager phoned the day before to confirm our arrival time and made us aware of their lunch hours when the office is closed. On arrival a friendly greeting and short orientation tour which covered all the essentials. The apartment was spacious, clean and in good order with all appliances functioning correctly. Garage is below ground with large parking bays. Spare towels and blankets provided. The pool was a good size, in good condition and the water clean. Wi-Fi free to residents on one device per person.

Review 28：lovely apartment well kept and very clean everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom with towels provided. all the staff were very friendly and helpful. the pool was lovely and the sun beds were plentiful. the apartments are about 5 mins walk to the village on the seafront where there are several little restaurants and bars and where you can get the boat taxi across to the beach.

Review 33：We had a fantastic week in a garden view duplex, a lovely modern apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Comfy, modern furniture and both balcony and terrace overlooking the quiet garden. Only a five minute walk to the promenade, shops and restaurants but set in a quiet area away from main roads. The pool area is very nice although the water was a bit too cold to swim. If I were to be picky I would have liked a hairdryer and for the wifi to be more reliable. But I would certainly recommend and can't wait to visit again!

Review 34：Spacious apartments in a small complex with a swimming pool. The seaside is in a walking distance (but to get to the real beach you need to take a boat as it is located on a sandbank some 200 metres away from the shore), all necessary amenities (shops, restaurants, cafes - don't count on much, it is a very small town!) as well. It was very nice to spend a week away from crowds. Well, it was February so the place probably does not feel quite as empty in the summer :)

Review 41：The relaxed atmosphere whilst staying in Cabanas Gardens was just what we were after for a September break. Great 2 bed apartment in a secluded setting with a view over fields which due to being on a corner meant we had long spells of sunshine on the verandas. The pool area was great with a good sized pool and due to the time of our stay this area was pretty quiet with us having the pool to ourselves at times. It appears that this location appeals to the more mature holidaymaker which was great for us but maybe not so much for our teenage son who was with us but we did realise this prior to booking and that it is near the end of season.

Review 42：We stayed in room C 310 (not over the pool). For two nights we experience very loud music from the complex to the right of our balcony. It went onto 3 am, but we did report it to the office on sight and they said they would look into it as other guests had complained.

Review 72：Bathrooms could not be locked as they did not have keys same with the cloakroom. Enquired with the manager on site and she said they do not have it. Most important was that the hot water is from the solar panels so once one person has the shower you get cod water and you have to wait until the solar panels heat up the tank , ridiculous if there are six persons in the flat you have to wait six to eight hours by the time everybody has a shower,,
